If I could rate this 0 stars I would. Not only was I treated poorly when talking with a manager, I have heard that manager, Kim, has been treating her employees unfairly. I would urge you to not entertain this and find another store.

I was very disappointed with the costumer service. Kim, the manager, had the worst attitude. I really urge Gap to consider their people before hiring or promoting.

I've been shopping at GAP for years. It's the only place I buy khakis. The staff is always friendly and helpful.
