Likes to tack on $30 overdraft charges and fees when they shouldn’t. This has happened to me twice now where I’ve gotten an overdraft for charges that were either fraudulent and one that was automated but had not yet been charged or posted to my account. Only for them to take my money for an overdraft and not return it when I call to sort out the issue. $60 dollars down the drain and really considering closing my account and NEVER using this bank again.

What a phenomenal banking experience, from the moment you walk in you are greeted and felt like family. It's almost like walking into the bar from cheers and everybody knowing your name. I highly recommend that everybody in Northwest Arkansas make their way over to first national Bank in Rogers and give these cats a try

New customer here, finds an amazing place to do business at FNB of NWA! I was refreshingly treated with respect, courtesy, professionalism and hospitality!I watched about 2-3 minutes as as the FNB-NWA Associates were delivering their Service with competence to handle individual transactions and with an unhurried concern for their Customer's Banking needs to be met, then and there!I observed the Customers leaving with smiles; appreciative of the professional attentionreceived and in short order!I was kindly and fortunately assisted by Deanna Garcia in opening my account. She was a wealth of good information, impressive knowledge and use of FNB-NWA's wide range of options applicable for me to choose from. Deanna even offered suggestions as to how my Banking needs could be met in a simpler, easier and less-stress manner! Wow! I love that!Must say, I am grateful and very excited to be a part of FNB-NWA and the Dixieland Branch family! I look forward to many years of cooperative successes and building strong relationships with such a magnificent Team as this!

Awful bank! It so many other options in NWA I'll take my business elsewhere... NO THANKS First National Bank of NWA! The very very very worst customer service. If you're looking for a home loan, shop around.

I'd give them no stars if that was a choice!! What good is it to have your name on an account IF you can't do anything?!?! My Uncle, who went into the branch on Dixieland before he left for Vietnam let them know he was going!! Welp, he lost his card... He faced timed me asked me to cancel it and get new one!! The stupid/rude a** lady who answered the phone, after I verified EVERYTHING, I explained everything. She says nope can't! He doesn't get back till September 24th. So, I said whoever has the card can spend his money and he'll have to wait to file something when he gets back? Well, he can call the number on back of the card to cancel it? Hmmmm, it's lost!!! Or he can call here. Well he gets ahold of me through FaceTime and I told her that..... Again what good is it to have me on the account?!?! Btw the card is his only source of money
