I can always count on the Faithful Friends team. From regular appointments to unexpected sickness or injury, I know that I will get the best possible care for my pets. I really appreciate their responsiveness whether it be on the phone, via text, or in person, as needed, depending on the situation.

Had a lady tell me she came here to declaw her cat. So shameful that well established places like this continue to do such barbaric things and tell owners it “doesn’t hurt”. As a long time animal lover, this made me so so sad.

I have taken my dogs to Faithful Friends for several years. The staff is friendly and the doctors are very knowledgeable. Even though they stay very busy, I am always able to get the doggies’ appointments in a timely manner. While they are on the pricey side, the best care for my dogs is most important. They offer several services including grooming and doggie day care. Many of our friends also use Faithful Friends. I highly recommend them. Normally they have a waiting list, so it’s best to sign up as soon as you decide you want to take your animals to them!

Lied to us. Told us if we paid our bill they would see our dog. Nope. We paid the bill and they still refuse to see us. I wouldn't trust this place with my dogs life. They just want money not to help animals.

They WERE amazing. I had a problem with one of my fur babies and when I took him on they didn't even consult me about price until after it was done I paid the 100 dollars that I could that day. Fast forward to 2 years later I had not paid the rest and then got sent to collections rightfully so. I called to make an appointment and was told I got sent to collections and was told I would have to take care of that before we could make an appointment so I asked to pay THEM not collection because I owed them not collections. They said that was not how their collections work. So I paid the collectioms thinking I could get my Furbaby in to see them once I did. Call back next business day they were open to get an appointment and they said that is not possible because I was sent to collections I told them I paid collections and they said it still doesn't matter we don't want you business anymore.

The staff and Drs are always friendly and professional and take great care of our dog. We've been going the FFAC for a very long time and wouldn't consider going anywhere else.
