“If I could give a rating higher than 5 stars I would. Robert Hall and Cristina were absolutely incredible, so welcoming, extremely helpful and willing to work with us, especially after us just having a very very sour experience at the Fayetteville Aarons.
This Aarons location is the one that you need to do business with even if it's a little of a drive for you. It's one my wife and I are going to do business with going forward.”

“I have a stereo receiver that was in need of several things to get it working like new. Lanney told me upfront what to expect and called me with an update and estimate a few days later. He made the repairs and the unit is working great. I recommend his business if you need your electronics repaired and have a mindset that you are willing to pay a fair price for this type of expertise.”

The sales person (Charles) made our day! Charles was courteous, knowledgeable, and concerned about my time. My wife and I traded in our phones for new phones and the process was fantastic! If you go into this store- Charles is the best!”

“I recently went to Best Buy to check out laptops. Walking in, the greeter was a very friendly, helpful young man. There were changes in the store so we didn't know for sure where to go, he was able to direct us right where we needed to go. Looking at laptops, there was quite a few good deals and bargains. The best part was our customer service representative Austin. He was so helpful and polite. I am definitely not the most techy person and he answered all of my questions so easily and saved me so much money, I didn't buy something I didn't need or want. A good experience shopping, I will definitely be back, especially around xmas!”
“The female manager here is wonderful. Waited a while to post this review since I was helped at Christmas time. I traded in an old watch, switched from T-Mobile and brought over 4 lines, I had a super complex situation and she nailed it. Like down to the penny. This place actively works hard to make the customer happy and that’s what I witnessed. Reading these 1 star reviews, it sounds like a bunch of impatient bums trying to get freebies and acting like internet babies when they don’t get what they want. Great job Verizon, I will continue my business with this location and am thankful for such wonderful staff.”
