The absolute worst customer service in the world. No clerks were in the store. The front door was wide open. I shouted for service and another customer told me that the clerks were stacking shelves. When I got ready to check out, the self checkout was broken. I had to shout for assistance. The clerk walked up to me and fussed at me for shouting for service. Horrible service!

Went in with some friends after school and was harassed by staff and was told I was skipping school even though they didn't even ask if I was in school. It's a weird experience but basically I went in and was told I was skipping School so I got confused and was then told they can kick me out for anything and that if I don't leave they can call my school. I get out of school at 11:30 so I wasn't skipping and tbh its not their business

Just checked out, the “store manager” was on her cell phone the whole time… said less than 5 words to me, made me feel time I was inconveniencing her. Really rude and not good customer service at all!

The store is never clean, they refuse to give you the on sale discounts for the sale items. Their worker 'Joy' is always rude everything he has to assist someone. Tonight I was told I had to use the self check out and she (had no name tag) refused to assist me. I will start paying more at other businesses because the service is better.

They accuse kids of stealing. They insisted my daughter stole a candle and when my daughter emptied all her pockets and bag to show them she didn't steal anything they were just like "oops". I understand this is located right next to a high school but they treat the kids horrible there.

Very good place to do your shopping, it is always organized and clean, I really like its remodeling, it is located in a perfect place, highly recommended.

My fiance and I went to this Dollar General the other day. We walk because I am pregnant and the doctor recommended I do so. My fiance is a Veteran and suffers from a leg injury. Being pregnant, I insisted on stopping to get some food at my once favorite stop....for some reason my baby only wants the dollar priced burgers available at Dollar General. While inside, a lady who didn't recognize me as a regular got in m face and asked if my husband was "asking for money" because he was sitting outside waiting on me (as I said, he has a leg injury). Confused, I replied stating that he wouldn't do that, I had money and she made some remark about him looking homeless. I left the store (without the groceries I was going to buy)...and later found out from my fiance that she literally told him to "move along" and shooed him with her hands. We aren't homeless...but if anyone is homeless or a Veteran with an injury...you are not welcome at Dollar General on Walnut Street in Rogers, Ar.

I wish we had recorded how the manager was "SCREAMING" at a vendor for over 20 minutes!!! I asked other customers if they could hear it and EVERYONE looked awkward and uncomfortable. My son finally had enough and had to intervene. I don't know if it was because the vendor is black or what. But he thanked my son afterwards for defending him. It brought me to tears. We were at 3 stores today and I'm still upset.

I went in to buy a few supplies for school and the woman behind the counter was extremely hateful and rude. She commented saying I was skipping class (i did not have a class and i am a senior.) She tried threatening us and made me cry. I told her she was being rude and left. I will never come back here.
