The gentleman at the cologne counter was very helpful and knowledgeable. He was very slowly walking through the colognes and gave me some recommendations. After my purchase he offered a free sample of a cologne of my choice!
Definitely will come back for my future purchases.

This is a good Dillard's location, with plenty more options for women than men. They do have the larger brands of perfumes, but may not have everything. The staff is super friendly and will help you find something you like if you can't find the exact brand you're looking for!

I never EVER leave reviews but because Dillards screwed me over, I think I will this time.
I bought a white button up shirt for a gift. Noticed it had two brown faded spots on the tag and collar, barley noticeable, so I went ahead and bought it, washed it and didn’t think anything else of it. The shirt did not fit the recipient of my gift, so I called this place… TWICE…. to confirm that I could return the shirt despite washing it. I was told as long as I have some yellow tag and the receipt then I was good. Ok, “what yellow tag” was my first question. Apparently they stick one on after your purchase, which they didn’t for mine (I even told the staff they could check their security cameras if they thought I was lying, which they clearly did). I didn’t have the receipt either because I thought Dillards had advanced into the 21st century, and had the technological capability to look up my purchase through my card like almost any other place. On top of that, I even had bank statements with me to prove I bought the damn shirt!
But nope, instead I was accused of wearing it, then I was laughed at by the employees when I explained why I washed it. Apparently they think Jesus is the CEO and ensures all their product arrives in pristine condition, so there was simply no way it was their fault. This seems to be a common reoccurring theme amongst other reviews in regards to lack of info on returns and staff being rude. I’m a manager myself at my place of employment and I ALWAYS make an effort to help the customer, no matter how limited my options are! Your managers are 20-30 years older than me and don’t seem to grasp this concept, which is embarrassing. They clearly were not inclined to help. Just laugh.
What’s funny is that Dillards continues to decline year-over-year in market share and business and I’m really starting to see why. Thanks for this experience, I’m glad I can contribute.
