The pharmacy staff is rude. If I call and try to get any info on my meds, they're always like "I don't know." Or when I'm trying to ask another question I literally have to interrupt the pharmacist because she's like "thanks, bye" she'll keep trying to hang up on me. This happens constantly. It's always the pharmacist herself. Cecelia is her name. If you don't care about people, then don't work with them. It's not hard. I used to work in a pharmacy, so I understand it's not always easy dealing with some patients. So I try to be understanding because patients can be rude and it's hard working in that environment all day, but this has gotten ridiculous! The Only reason I'm still using them is because I don't have any other choice because a doctor of mine will not use any Walmart pharmacies, and Walgreens customer service has gotten just as bad as CVS. I'll get ahold of the store manager next. And higher if I need to. I'll keep this updated if anything good or bad happens.

I ordered a canvas for pick up. It was ready within an hour after I uploaded my photo. The quality is fantastic, and the manager on duty went WAY above and beyond to help us. Ordered another canvas today!

The employees in the pharmacy are ridiculous how they treat their customers! They don't greet you, in fact they try not to make eye contact. We won't be back . There competition is certainly friendly to their customers

I have never been treated so bad by a pharmacy! They did not have all my medication, which was not an issue, and when I tried to offer some help the gentleman pharmacy interrupted me in a rude tone " I got it thanks" he continued with his attitude, keep in mind I just left the dr with an upper respiratory infection I was in no fighting mood. I told the gentleman to please stop talking to me in that tone he then threw my medication down and said "someone else can help you" I was left there speechless. The "lead pharmacist" was not any help I asked to speak to someone about the way I was treated she said she was the manager and saw nothing wrong with the way I was treated. They began to discuss my medication among themselves not to me and very loud so other customers could hear them, they laughed and she said "take your time" I was still at the counter. She then said " you can have a seat I'll call your name when it's ready" in a tone. To be honest I never write reviews but nobody especially people who don't feel good should have to endure such rude staff members! From the other reviews I'm not the only one.

I almost never write reviews. I feel compelled this time. This place is so awful. The staff is ambivalent at best. They don't care AT ALL if I am a customer there or not. There is a staff member with dark, curly shoulder length hair that has "pharmacy lead" on her shirt. She came to the window with a mouth full of food - still chewing. She began by telling me that my insurance wouldn't cover my script - to which I explained that I am cash pay, so please don't submit it to my insurance. To this she replied "well, the computer does this and we don't have a choice. That's how CVS wants to do it. ". She then said they don't have that medicine in the store and it would be a month before they can get it. She told me I could find somewhere else. I am a regular, respectful customer of this store. I don't argue or get angry. I mostly feel sorry for customer service people. She was so rude though and almost took pleasure in telling me that they couldn't help. Never again. We have choices on where we spend our money.

I've been by this place 3 times and everytime it's locked up and closed (lights on but no one inside). I think they went out of business.

I'm giving 4*s because I like the store & pharmacy, staff has always been helpful, kind and respectful to me. The store is always clean and usually well stocked. Parking is plentiful. My only dissatisfaction is the availability to reach the pharmacy by phone. It is not uncommon to be disconnected while waiting for an unreasonable amount of time. It is also not uncommon to be directed to "customer relations" because the automated voice service does not understand me. All of this is a waste of my time, and highly frustrating, when I have to make multiple calls to ask a simple question like, "Is my prescription ready to pickup?" I am a caregiver for my disabled sister-in-law, disabled father-in-law, and my mother-in-law with Lewy Body dementia - so the last thing I need is to spend an hour trying to reach the pharmacy, being disconnected or transferred, and getting nowhere. Honestly, it is poor service in terms of the phone availability. If I didn't like the staff, I'd give the store 3*s and look for another pharmacy to serve my family's prescription needs. Please do something to improve the phone situation.

CVS Pharmacy has to employ the most incompetent people ever. I dropped a script off on Friday to get it transferred from an out of state pharmacy and was told it would take 48 hours. Today is Thursday and I called them only to be told they had not been in touch with the out of state pharmacy yet and...besides they did not have that medicine in stock. I held for 23 minutes on their automated answering service to be told this. I promptly drove to the pharmacy to pick up the prescription I had left only to be handed a piece of paper that I had filled out for them on Friday in order to transfer the script. I asked for my original prescription and was told a good place to look would be in the dumpster. This was at CVS Pharmacy on West Walnut in Rogers, Arkansas. I will be transferring any scripts left to a reputable pharmacy. I begrudgingly gave them a one star rating because it would not let me post this without any stars.

MULTI MILLION $$$$$ Corporation and you can't get anyone to answer the phone in the actual pharmacy department!!! Question about your RX? And want to speak to an actual pharmacist or Pharm tech, Don't bother calling. The automated phone system sucks. It directs you to the COVID scheduling hotline ... Every time after 4 calls & 30 minutes of my time. Totally NOT the pharmacy and NOT my Pharmacist. It's not much better going to the store... you will wait, and wait, and wait some more because they are UNDERSTAFFED.. I truly believe the staff cares and it's out of their control. But DAMN CVS you are nationwide! DO BETTER. Hire more staff! Up your pay grade. .... Your Pharmacist and Techs are under Extreme Pressure. Step up and be the CVS you should aspire to be. .....And I called at 7:30pm. Come on' that's ridiculous.

Had to switch one of my scripts due to my pharmacy being out. They will only give me 7 days refill which means I have to go up there every week now. Tried calling on phone, 4 times on hold 11 min before their system hangs up. Drive up there to wait in line for 32 min only to be told not ready yet, drive back around and come thru again. I will be transferring back to Walgreens. I'll shop there if necessary because of their being open 24 hrs but will never use the pharmacy again.

Scripts reside in the essential class & finding a empathetic, expedient apothecary after a whirlwind move is in the hierarchy of your beloved hairdresser, massage therapist & Gynecologist! I laser locked on this pharmacy as it was a CVS which I have used in multiple cities for years as they are always solid. This particular location exudes a level of customer service which is stunning! It does not matter who I have the pleasure of interacting with, they are quick, always find any and all savings efforts to lower costs on prescriptions & cordial smile & remember you & pay enough finite attention to minuscule details to ask how a particular script is working after a change in meds! They apologize for delays & I have stood behind disgruntled patrons, many times & they work very hard to accommodate & fix any issues or get a med down to a price with in their means & no beads of sweat or gritted, nicely whitened fangs have emerged!!! When I was out of town & forgot a med, they worked with the other pharmacy to ensure I received it. Many great coupons & now a CVS app to use you savings from your phone!!!! Love, love the staff here & they have a great ice cream & gelato section!!! Running strong game here so, other pharmacies beware!!! Go here for exceptional, compassionate assistance every time!

I have to agree with the other reviewsbabiut horrible customer service!!! I have called a few times. Getting through the sysrem Is. As enough. I got disconnected a couple of times but finally spoke to a person whi came across so rude! I asked about a certain product that is usually carried behind the RX counter. When I asked if they carried she said "no we do not". I asked if it could be ordered and the answer was "Nope"! Seriously , "nope"! How rude! I didn't take more than 10 seconds of her precious time and was surprised how unprofessional.

Horrible customer service and attitudes in the pharmacy. If you have CVS/Caremark you can use a few smaller pharmacy like Lowell Pharmacy in Lowell. Pharmacist and a pharm tech argued with me about having a co-pay. I don't. They entered a coupon number wrong and even though I had it printed out they said the number wasn't wrong. It kept saying invalid. Switch pharmacy's immediately and it went right through at zero cost. Wont EVER go back. I'd rather pay full price than use them.
