Daughter dropped her new phone and screen shattered. We have insurance. Went to store only to have guy not "find" her line on my account. I have 5 lines with them for many years. Told to call CS. Put in claim on May 2nd, told it may take 3 hrs to 1 day, it's been 6 or 7 days, as they keep saying they don't see where I've submitted documents. I have proof I did. Phone was finally guaranteed delivery today and it wasn't, so I called for ETA and they say claim wasn't even completed, or mailed out either! Now a supervisor is working on it and says to call in 48 hrs for ETA, next week on the May 13th! So 2wks without her phone and had to pay $75 deductible? Garbage company Cricket/ garbage insurance Asurion, just buy an Otterbox. I can't believe I rooted for them all these years! Plus last time I was in the store I said I needed a new phone with better storage and the girl said this is an upgrade from 32 to 64, I took it home and it was a 32. So over them.

I've been with Cricket for a while now. I can't complain about service. Just the fact the in store service fee keeps increasing. I don't like doing a lot of online shopping, including bills. I prefer in person, but I'd rather not have the extra $5 fee when I'm already paying $80.

Sierra does a fantastic job running her store, she makes sure her staff are knowledgeable of their product and provide the best possible experience. From the moment I walked in the store I was greeted with a smile and she ensured I got quality service that went above and beyond. I cannot give a good enough review to do the service justice. If you walk into a phone store and have an interaction that makes your entire day then that’s what I call peak customer service. Thank you to Sierra and her team for the stellar customer experience.

Not a very personal experience and most of everything was in Spanish. Pretty sure I shouldn't have to read everything in Spanish in America.
