Bad service, they take a while to serve you, they open late, useless phones
I went in an emergency to buy a phone, they didn't have the one I wanted at the time, they recommended the Galaxy A15 according to them that it was on sale, that they gave you the charger and the protector included, but I paid in the Ticket, everything came out separately. They charged me for it!! !! According to them, that's how it worked out but since the accessories were a gift, I didn't have access to the Internet at that time to know if it was true, I ended up paying more than $300 dollars for everything when you can find this phone anywhere else for less than $200.
And on top of that, after 2 weeks of use the phone has many failures, you take photos or videos and then when you check them it only appears blank, bad Bluetooth collection, bad touchscreen.

Never coming in to this location ever again, the representative was extremely rude and had a horrible attitude.. we were not greeted while entering, she refused to get out from behind the counter to do her job.

Prople were great. Couldn't help with tower problems not there field of expertise. Apparantly not crickets either. My phone is working they say the tower I connect to is workin. If it is I think it's overloaded, and may need another one nearby to support it. But what do I know, I'm not an engineer.

Fatima was very kind and helpful. The only aspect that would've made my experience better is if they had carried the phone I wanted, in stock. Ended up with a more expensive one, but overall it was worth it. Thank you!
