Left my Xbox with them. Did not call me for over two weeks. When I called them they told me the motherboard was fried. Took it to another shop and had the power supply fixed. Seems they either don’t know what they are doing/are too lazy to help. Maybe it’s a bit of both. Good thing I didn’t listen to them or I would have spent $300 with Microsoft to repair or replace it.

I made appointment with facility as required. When i dropped off the phone, he said it would be about two hours before he could get it done. This is not my opinion of a "while you wait" repair.. Especially when an appointment was made. Also, part of agreement with T-mobile and the service contract on the phone was a screen protector. The repair facility wanted an extra $20 to replace the screen protector. I now must take the phone back to T Mobile to install the screen protector. The store is very busy and it usually takes a couple of hours to get a screen protector installed. Two trips to town and four hours of my time seems rather wasteful. The screen protector should be included in the screen installation if it was on the phone when it was broke. My understanding of the contract is it includes the accessories that came with the phone when purchased. Try getting the Bluetooth stylus replaced when it stops working.

Service is ok but:
Would recommend you tell them to book/schedule an appointment for you (if you are a busy person and can't afford to leave your phone for a while weak with them). If you don't, you might make arrangements like leaving work early to get to their shop, bring your phone and then they tell you it won't be ready the same day. If that happens you already lost work hours and time...
(This happened to me, talked to one of the associates and said they could have it ready the same day if I showed up at a certain time. Left work early, got to their shop and then they told me nope, won't be ready the same day...)

Make an appointment on line, drop your phone off, go next door to JJ’s for happy hour and return to find your phone repaired, cleaned and better than when you dropped it off. Staff are great at CPR. I highly recommend their service.

Got my iPhone battery replaced. Took a couple of hours but worth the cost and effort. I love my iPhone 12 and don’t want to upgrade so this was a great option.

I have gone into their shop a few times asking questions and trying to figure some things out. They were all nice and pricing was reasonable with the services provided. My really old phone was a gonner and a young man gave me pointers on how to transfer my data to a new one. I will definately go again if needed.

Decent service but store will not call you back telling you when repairs are ready to be picked up even after taking your return phone number. Also return the repaired phone with a dead battery so I could not check the repair.

Dropped off my ps5 with an issue causing it to crash while playing ps5 games, the thermal paste needed replaced. Kari had it diagnosed the next day and it was ready for pick it up the day after. My console is good as new and runs flawlessly. I would definitely recommend ?
