Usually prescriptions are filled within 3 or 4 days, Walgreens and CVS take a minimum of 1 week.

We've been having issues with Heartland lately that are just. Honestly ridiculous. We switched. I'd rather pay a little more than deal with the incompetence this Heartland has shown me. From not giving the price in texts and then acting like it's our fault we don't know the price of things to saying the medication is ready without bothering to get prior authorization on it and then telling us to pay in full rather than getting the authorization. Meds that should have only been roughly 30 dollars somehow would have cost us 104 dollars because of a total either lack of care towards patients or total incompetence. Either way, I'll never be back to another Heartland Pharmacy.

I have always gone to another pharmacy until I had a compound medication that I needed for my son, I just have to say the staff is beyond helpful they even called my Insurance to verify that the response they were receiving was indeed correct on a medication I needed as soon as possible. They explain the “why” a certain outcome is the way it is. They are so knowledgeable and if they don’t know the answer they will find it for you! One of the most impressive customer service places I have been and I usually hate waiting for prescriptions but I am super happy with their services so I thought I’d leave a review to encourage you to visit this location as well!!!

Slow and take too long. Was quoted my scripts would be ready in 10-15 min, go inside and another person tells me now, it'll be 15-20 min longer. Seriously? They were called in at 8 am. This will be your businesses downfall, and you'll be closed in another year.

Fast and friendly, always ask if I have any questions about my medications and answer any of them completely. All staff have been professional and courteous inside the store and through the drive thru. Also appreciate getting text messages when my prescriptions are ready and the total cost.

Best pharmacy around! They are quick, friendly and the drive-thru is so convenient which my dog also loves because of how nice they are to give him a treat. They get to know their patients by name which could never happen next door or across the street. Everyone always has positive attitudes and makes what can be a stressful situation at the pharmacy, pleasant.

Amazing! I called CVS. They were closed for lunch. I called Walgreens. They were also closed for lunch. However, I called this pharmacy and the guy who helped me was very nice and quick! I was calling from a doctors office; and I needed a prescription quickly for a patient. These people got the job done.. Highly recommend!!

Not much better than cvs. Nobody can get it together long enough to combine two accounts in my name, despite knowing all the information is the SAME. They knew from my first time in that I had already signed up through their app. THEY made that second account. They keep making me have unwanted detoxes from medication I need daily to live! Their Albuterol Inhalers are faulty and insufficient. What kind of the pharmacy can’t even send a simple text to notify a patient that their medication has been refilled? Let alone, start arguing on the phone about whether one pharmacist has ONE drop off or if the other one has the same amount. The ONLY hispanic pharmacist is rude and unkind.
