Abused my vehicle by striking the back of it when I was directed to stop by the guy in the bay. The one to the rear starts smacking my vehicle to getmy attention. These guys act like people are stupid and don't know how to drive into a car wash bay. I was furious and chewed them out. They kicked me off the property. Im done with this outfit. I had every right to bd mad. They do nit have the right to start hitting my car.

I had a lot of bugs plastered to the front of my vehicle from traveling back and forth from Memphis. Without me even seeing the results of the wash, the manager told me to have my vehicle go back through the car wash another time right after my first wash. He told me some of the employees were in training and he felt my ride could've looked better than it did and asked if I had time, could I take the car around again to get it washed even better. I was very impressed how they were able to literraly get every bug and bug mark off the vehicle and shining ✨️ clean! The employees did a great job and have always been very kind each time getting a wash. I am moving and really hate they don't have a Car Club Carwash where I am moving to. That is the only reason that I dropped my membership. If they had them in the town I was moving to, I would've gladly kept my membership going. Thank you for a very clean wash each and every wash!! You will definitely be missed. Please open one up in Covington TN. Thank you!!

Our shop is across the street from one of their locations. We started using them for a couple of our trucks that can go through. They come out clean every time.

This place is awesome! You get an air freshener every time you visit , their vacuums are high powered and they provide towels and glass cleaner to complete your car wash .

Every once in awhile (rarely) is one of the vacuums not working well, but they fix it quickly. Wash is great. They power wash my rubber mats. Plenty of towels and windex to clean my vehicle.

Have had multiple issues with this car wash. 2001 Toyota Land Cruiser, ripped off back trim piece and front driver side head lamp. This wasn’t caught until nearly a week later, and it was an older vehicle therefore it wasn’t worth pushing. 2024 2500HD Sierra - fuel door open continuously blown open. I have shared multiple times with staff and they shared it was a setting. As I discussed with them, I shared it wasn’t just my pickup as I notice this happening to other pickup trucks. The last time it blew the fuel door cover off and scratched the sides. I again shared, zero action. I then noticed a scratch through my paint on passenger side. I opened a claim and I’ve been dealing with Matthew as the agent and what complete non-sense. Nothing but assumptions and zero data. I asked multiple times what the camera tunnel showed. Show me it was scratched going into video tunnel prior to the wash, then the conversation would be done and on me. Never provided or acknowledged. The quote I received was $1700 to fix the scratches and minor touch up to fuel door.We have been using this car wash since it was originally built and prior to Club purchasing. Never had a problem prior. All the issues mentioned above were after Club Car Wash purchase, remodel, and take over.From experience, they don’t listen to their customers, they don’t stand behind their carwash and with all that I can’t afford to continue to have my truck damaged using their car wash.

The car wash does a great job. They will even clean your floormats. Only issue I have ever had is that when they first opened the machine knocked off part of my mirror. While I was there talking to the manager 2 more cars were damaged. This was right after they opened and I think they had something set wrong. However, they refused to help any of us since our vehicles were more than 7 years old. I have been going back since and have not had an issue with any damage.
