Worst customer service I have ever had. These people do not know how to greet, help, or care for customers at all. What a sorry excuse for a Western store. I will go elsewhere. I have never met such stuck-up snobby service people in my life. Get off your high horse.

Terrible customer service, purchase shoes, had to be ordered. Did not have my size were delivered to my home. Wrong order was placed. Return to store to have them re-order they would not honor the sale price I originally purchased for. Was told I had to pay full price if I was going to do a re-order.

Worst customer service of any western wear retail store. Never have been offered help or welcomed to the store, even when employees made eye contact with me. Love the inventory and would be comfortable making large purchases if I was treated with any sort of friendliness. As someone who works very hard for his money, I feel like I should be welcomed and treated in a friendly way, but being that they don't show any kindness I refuse to really reward them with me spending big money. I always purchase boots here but won't buy anything else because I am never offered help. I even mentioned needing help to an employee who was 3 feet away from me when trying on boots and she literally ignored me and went to help teenagers without offering me any assistance. Just a sad feeling every time I come in to this location and zero reward for spending good money on boots when I shop here. I wanted to buy top of the line boots but went cheap out of frustration with the employees and how the store represents itself.

This has nothing to do with the employees everyone is very friendly. What annoys me is that people including myself spend hundreds of dollars here but the restrooms look like this. The only sink is out of service, there’s only two stalls and one of them has no lock, and there’s a whole ceiling tile missing above the toilet. Most gas stations have better restrooms than these. Also this is the ladies room I can’t imagine the men’s restroom.

That don't care alot of Justin lace up work boots but I had great customer service and find some work boots that work for me
