We boarded our boys for a week while we were on vacation, 2 of the three are special needs and when we went to pick them up, they were underfed and dehydrated, they didn’t seem to care, this is unacceptable as far as I’m concerned.

If you have a cat, this is the only place to take them. They are always so kind and do a fantastic job taking care of our fur babies.

I recently visited The Cat Clinic of Northwest Arkansas with my cat, Sam, and, unfortunately, the experience was quite disappointing. Despite having an appointment, I had to wait hours before seeing the veterinarian, which was stressful for both me and my cat.
When we finally saw the vet, the explanation of Sam's condition was unclear, leaving me uncertain about the diagnosis and treatment plan. The final bill was also much higher than expected, with charges that were not properly explained beforehand.
The staff's attitude added to the frustration. One member of the team was curt and unprofessional, which only made the situation more stressful. I also noticed that the clinic's cleanliness was not up to standard; the waiting area and exam rooms did not seem properly sanitized.
The aftercare instructions I received were confusing, and when I called the clinic for clarification, I didn’t receive much help. Scheduling a follow-up appointment was difficult as well, and there was no follow-up call to check on Sam's progress after the procedure.
To make matters worse, Sam was handled roughly by the staff, leaving him visibly distressed, which has never happened before in our previous vet visits elsewhere.
Overall, I was disappointed with the level of care and service at The Cat Clinic of Northwest Arkansas. I hope they can address these issues to provide better experiences for their clients and their pets in the future.

These folks are very kind, and the vet lady is super knowledgeable. It way cost a bit more than expected, but it's not that bad, not their fault that many tests and treatments are expensive, and these amazing people deserve every cent and more. Just had to put my Manx down from cancer last week, and they were extremely present and supportive even after Bonnie's last moments... ... 100/10: will be bringing my other cat(s) to them in the future.

Giving a one star rating is very generous. I have never experienced such disrespect and lack of compassion by a veterinarian clinic in my life. The staff I delt with couldn’t answer a single question without putting me on hold to ask a vet tech. Even simple questions like what certain fees were. They tried to sell me pet insurance assuming I couldn’t pay my bill. They did not listen to my concern about my aging cat’s quality of life care. On my last visit there, I was told there was no available appointment. I could drop my cat off and they would work him in. Reluctantly, I dropped him off with their assurance that I would be called and communicated with about his treatment and the fees. I did not receive a call about any treatment plan. Only the fee to X-ray him, which I approved. I received a call 1/2 hour before closing to say I could pick him up. The lady who called misinformed me about the medication dosage he was prescribed. My cat also did not receive the sani-clip I requested for him. I was told that would not be a problem and they would do that. I was also charged a $15. drop off fee that was never mentioned. Two weeks later, my poor old cat was in such misery that he was biting his tail to the point of nearly severing it. When I called to make an appointment to bring him in to end his suffering I was told the next available appointment was 3 weeks away! I told them that was unacceptable. My cat was in pain, injuring himself and bleeding. She put me on hold to come back to say I could drop him off and they would try to get to him. I expected to have to put him down and I refused to leave him alone. She told me to go somewhere else there was nothing else they could do! A couple of hours later she said the Dr. could give him medicine for 4-5 days to help until he could be seen. I don’t know how 4-5 days of medicine was going to help for a 3 week out appointment! My cat was bleeding and not leaving the bandages on.I did take the advice of the person who called and found a reputable vet with compassion and empathy for my cat and me.When you call this office you hear a message saying that the call may be recorded for training purposes. If this is true then their training is as lacking as the service of the staff. They complained about “computer” issues instead of accepting responsibility for their lack of knowledge behind the desk. The office is cluttered, disorganized and the most unprofessional place I’ve ever seen!Do yourself and your pet a favor and go somewhere else before their staff tells you too.

Angela saw my two cats. She has a lot of knowledge with cats.
They even went out of their way to call me a few weeks after seeing my cat to see how he was doing. Which was great. The prices are reasonable as well.

The atmosphere was amazing, almost as amazing as the people who worked there. I could feel in all of them a genuine love for the animals they were treating, and they treated my boy Jack like a king.It was a wonderful experience, and I feel extremely confident that the next time I need veterinary services, they will be the perfect place for me to go.

while I do not work in this field of animal care, I do work as a dog bather and from my general knowledge of just common sense and experience the way this clinic is run and how they function is disgusting. I mean this in both the way the clinic is kept and the way staff behaves and general organization. the lobby is littered with parrot excrement and stray cats roams freely through the front door right into the room where chronically ill cats are kept. if any medical history or files are kept at all it is done in an incredibly disorganized nonfunctional fashion.my roommate’s cat had a blood vessel burst and it’s clear the proper care wasn’t given to him as he soon passed two days later. we were allowed to visit him where they were keeping him for treatment, and while we are grateful for that, in retrospect it was incredibly incompetent of them to allow us into a room with chronically ill cats, all kept in incredibly small kennels with very little towels, blankets, beds, or general cushioning. one of the cats that was there while we were visiting was prone to hallucinations and they allowed us to stand right in front of the cat which upset it. they simply clipped a towel to the front of the cage.today my roommate received a text asking for an additional charge of a couple hundred more dollars for this “treatment” that happened months ago. they were not clear about what the charge was for and seemed to be withholding that information until my roommate proved he had paid it in full. they simply dropped it.if i could give 0 stars i would. if you love you cat and want the best care for them do take them here, they way their clinic functions is not going to benefit your cat.

clinic is littered with cats and garbage. brought my cat here after a blood vessel burst, my cat was there for two days and they never called me after i begged them and called them constantly. they did not even call me to tell me that he had passed, i had to go there myself to find him. i do not blame them for him passing, but they did not tell me anything that was happening nor did they show me any compassion towards my situation. my cat eightball passed away in april under their care and today i got an email saying them i owed them an extra two hundred dollars. when i asked them what i owed them for they refused to tell me until i sent them proof. i sent them it and they still didn’t tell me why i owed them. get your invoices and keep them, just in case they decide to randomly tack on a charge. very disappointed with the care they provide towards both animals and the people that go there. do not bring your cat there.
