These guys sold me a Chevy Cobalt which was a standard. I test drove the car, my wife and I agreed to move forward with the purchase. Mind you we had to go to another lot a few miles away to see the car. We get back to the office and move forward with paperwork the following day. Paper work end was easy but I was never told about the $1,700 I was charged into the finance amount as "paperwork" fee. I drove the car home and to work the second day the clutch just got loose and stopped working. So here is the outcome that I had to pay because their warranty does not cover hydraulic clutches, only dry spring clutches.. So I was stuck and they did nothing to try to help pretty much said they were going to sell it to a 17 yr old girl it couldn't of been our fault... Well it was and y'all are wrong. These guys are GOLD DIGGERS AND WILL RIP YOU OFF. Now I have to get some of the $ back they charged me that they have no right doing "paperwork fees 1,700 really". Hope it helps someone. Ps 2,026.88 for a new clutch really guys. Thx

100% don’t recommend, bought this truck this past Monday on 12/4/23 transmission went out by Thursday 12/7/23. Don’t see how car dealerships get away with selling vehicles with major mechanical problems.

Drove all the way from Miami, Oklahoma to get a vehicle, and it took a little longer than we expected, but they did an amazing job, got us in what we wanted. Dewayne and Kevin helped and did great thank u all so much. Cant say much about the van because we just got it last night we will write more when we have it for 30 days

Do not buy from them! We have a 2017 dodge ram from them and has had more problems than I could imagine and I've had to take it to Daniel because of all the problems. Come to find out this truck has been in 5 wrecks prior to us getting it that we had no idea about

Do Not purchase from them. They do not sell quality cars like their website states. Also, the warranty will never pay out either because it will say "pre existing" issue and not be covered. They do not care about their customers, only the sale. Run a car fax prior if your desperate to buy from this place because they don't use car fax. 1st clue. Good luck. ****** Can't respond to Chelsey comment on my review so I will post here. Chelsey it was reported 3 days after purchase not 3 weeks. get it right. the truck did not squeak prior to purchase, on day of purchase or during test drive. the noise started days after purchase and was reported to Wynn's Warranty and they denied the claim stating it was a pre-existing issue. now, if we had known the truck needed repairs or had pre-existing issues we would NOT have purchased the truck. if the truck was showing signs of needing repair or making noises it would NOT have been bought from you periot! maybe the dealership was over charging, I don't disagree with that statement at all. we did get several estimates for repair to compare. we looked at your info sent over showing price difference but that does not help because this should not be paid out of pocket by the buyer when they were sold a faulty vehicle with a misleading warranty that will not pay out if needed. but that doesnt matter in this review because I am simply reviewing your store and the warranty co. for selling an already damaged vehicle when it was advertised otherwise with no mechanical issues and how you take pride in your inventory you sell. lol. The Car fax was pulled AFTER purchase bc your store does not provide these. and it shows suspension was checked and no issues found to the suspension during the inspection which was prior to delivery to AR before your store purchased it and put on your lot for sale. I would be happy to send you the CarFax for proof if you wish. There simply was no support from your store on assisting with the repair even after warranty co. denied the claim. Customer Service skills are lacking these days. If you truly wanted to keep a customer for life and have them return and send their family and friends and children to purchase cars from you you would have taken a different approach. Suggestion...." hey, sorry the warranty co. is not budging. I want you to be satisfied with your purchase and know we care about you and your safety and want you to be a repeat customer of ours so we will step up and help with the cost of repairs". (not 100% but at least 60-75%) That's what a true, caring business owner does. They step up to the plate and take care of their customers. Take care and God Bless.

(gonna have to go visit them tomorrow as the car we purchased two weeks ago won't accelerate and the Wynn's warranty isn't open so we are now stranded with a broken running vehicle even though it was listed as running great and a perfect little car)Came in today just to browse and ask some questions. Was greeted with a smile (even though they were about to close)I was allowed to just browse and check out each vehicle without any hassle or feeling as if I had to just grab one and go, we won't over all the details of all the vehicles I was interested in, and ultimately I walked away with a vehicle of my choice, with my payment option..I highly recommend you come see them and let them help you with your next ride.. Big shout-out to Dewayne a well!!!

I bought my first truck from CARTIME and wish I hadn’t.. the day after I got it 3 of the light came on and it turns out the truck has some problems I don’t have the funds to fix… I got to drive it for a week before I had to put it in the shop. They weren’t rude or disrespectful in any way but I wish they would’ve been more truthful about the condition of the vehicle. When I seen the truck on marketplace the caption read “Runs and drives excellent no issues!!” Well there is definitely some issues.

Don't even think about buying from them. My husband and son bought a truck from them. Truck was in the shop within a few days and when my son talked to them they told him that is why they basically force you to buy a warranty. Now come to find out the warranty cover virtually nothing. Now my son is stuck with a truck he can't drive and doesn't have the funds to fix it. We will be forced to forfeit it to the bank.Cartime did agree to take care of some of the repairs. Turns out the truck was a total lemon. We were forced to give the truck back to the bank and we are now on the hook for however many thousands of dollars is left after the junk truck is sold at auction.IT IS A SAD TIME IN THIS COUNTRY WHEN PEOPLE WILL TAKE ADVANTAGE OF OTHERS AND CAN WALK AWAY FEELING GOOD ABOUT THEMSELVES.
