Brought my vehicle in for a repair that most would consider to be fairly minor. They took over a month to repair the vehicle and my vehicle has since been back once and is now needing to back a second time due to their poor work. I currently have indicators that my parking break is active while traveling down the road , a pretty consistent metal on metal scraping sound, and constant slip detection warnings. Prior to their work none of these were an issue. I would appreciate if someone in management reached out with a reasonable explanation as to why it takes 3 or more trips and several month to replace the trunk on a Nissan Altima.

It took 6 visits and multiple shops. It was not a fun process. The POS insurance adjusters Jacob and Nick from progressive tried their hardest not to pay for damages associated with the wreck. But after multiple phone calls to the mechanics involved in fixing our car and yelling and the insurance people, basically forcing everyone to be honest, we got the repairs paid for. We are still out of pocket thousands of dollars from lost wages and rental cars. But in the end, our car did get fixed. Don't let insurance adjusters or mechanics steam roll you. If your car was in a wreck, make insurance pay for everything! That is their job!

We had a rare control arm bushing issue after having repairs here due to a pothole incident. These guys ran numerous diagnostic wheel tests and several test drives. They eventually got to the bottom of it. The car is perfect now. They were courteous, prompt, professional, and patient with me (and my attitude!). They gave us back the high performing Honda accord that it was before the wreck.

Customer service at this location horrible, called multiple times throughout the days. Left message at the call center 4 times request for them to call back. No a single call, must be very busy.Update 8/16/2023: After 2 business days, got a call back from caliber Collision Rogers. I understand that their phone line was down due to lightning, but instead of proving me wrong with a good customer service and appologize for the inconvenience and asked me to update the comments once the "good service" / repairs is done (which I would be more than happy to do), the guy said we are not going to do the repair after the negative feedback. Needless to say we got our insurance towed our business to another happy location.Their California customer call center have no knowledge or couldn't inform me what's going on with this location. All they do is take the called & forward the message to them. The only number on the business card is the main number so there no other phone number to call.

Followed a good friend Omar Lugo to get my Honda fixed! They went above and beyond with my repairs in a timely manner. It was so nice getting notified about my car during its repair with car wise. Debbie who even was so sweet answering all my questions and offering me a ride if I needed one. Philip, thank you guys and everyone at Caliber! You guys are awesome!

Mr. Carter was very helpful and knowledgeable. Helped us every step of the way in getting daughters car back on the road.. Hope we don't need any more collision services in the future, but its nice having a friendly shop in the area. Thanks.

I cannot say enough good things about Caliber Collision, Rogers, AR! I live in Iowa and had my van hit while on a visit to Springdale, forcing me to leave it for repairs and return in a rental. I had a negative experience at one collision center and had my van sent to Caliber. They estimator called me within 2 days of receiving my van with an unofficial report then worked with my insurance agent to complete necessary paperwork. Though my van was totaled, and Caliber did not even have the opportunity to work on it, their excellent customer service continued, arranging to gather items left in the van and get them to me in Iowa! Debbie Waller, my primary contact and I'm certain the "angel of Caliber," really took care of me. Look no further for the best in customer service!
