Worst experience ever. Discriminated against because I didn’t want to use my bass pro club card. My other form of payment wasn’t good enough to purchase 7 boxes of ammo on an 8 box limit IF I used my club card. Very un-American and truly a shame. Sad to say, but I won’t be back. I’m just a number, and not a very important one apparently.

Black Card Member Review:I love the Rogers location, but today was horrible. This store carries a Hammerli 22lr for $400. I've been waiting and checking for availability every few days for the past month (the website would not let me purchase and have delivered do the store.)Today I go in to see if they have the 22lr. They do! Except for the price jumped up to $500. I knew the store would not sell me the gun for what they had it priced at before, so I look online. Every other store has it for $400 except Bass Pro.Being a black card member, I know the store price matches certain retail stores, websites, and manufacture websites that sell to consumers. None of the websites fit this criteria. The kid was actually really rude about the entire thing. All he could say is, "We raised our prices and it is what it is."I guess I'll be buying the 22lr online and have it delivered to a local gun shop.I'll be spending my club points then discontinue shopping here. It sucks because I worked hard to become a black card member. We just converted our business spending to the 1.5% Bass Pro credit card. Our company will be finding someone else to do business with.It's crazy how a silly $100 can lead to this much business lost. I've spent close to $100,000 just in personal spending with you and it's over.Please teach your emoyees how to work with valued customers.Thanks,

Went to buy a gun. Knew what I wanted they had it in stock and my background came back in 25min.. took me over an hour to get out of there. I understand you got to cross the T's and dot the I's but ill probably never buy another gun from them. So much easier at other places and a dream at gun shows. I appreciate the help I received at bass pro but I won't be back.

If you want customer service at the knife section do not go two hours before closing time. Apparently the two employees that work behind the knife/optic section were on lunch break. I was told to wait 30 minutes. I guess it’s too big of a haste for someone to grab a key from them in the break room.

Clean, great time for the kids to look at the animal mounts, and the fish ! Had some good stuff on clearance also. We went at Christmas and it was great! My son had a blast !

I waited in line at the gun counter to buy a pistol and was told I was next but because i didnt follow the salesman back and forth I was passed over and not waited on. I'm handicapped, retired and a veteran and if this is how we're going to be treated there are other stores to buy a gun and ammo from. I was mad when I left and Chrisy the Mgr of the cashiers apologized and said that's not right but I couldn't walk back as my back hurt to much.. Id like for something to be done so if I come back this won't be a issue.. I told her when I had my business that a good customer tells one person but a dissatisfied customer will tell everyone...

I just experienced the slowest checkout in the history of all checkouts. There were two registers open and 12 people in line. I was second in line to check out and it took 30 minutes. The checkout person was dancing and humming to the music whilst folding shirts as if the shirts were about to be placed in a window display instead of the reality, a brown plastic bag.

When my grand daughter walked into this store, she was no longer the little girl with a speech impairment. Every animal in that place was talked to, given instructions on how to behave and before we knew it, 2 hours had gone by. Thank you to the staff for being such good sports. It was apparent they were entertained by our presence...lol!

Bass Pro Shops is great. There are Cabela items here too. We have bought knives here, clothing and more. We always enjoy the little aquarium. My husband enjoys the fudge too! This time my husband and and I bought Keen hiking shoes. I highly recommend Bass Pro Shop’s shoe dept. They allow you to try the 60 days, wear them and then return them, if you aren’t satisfied.

Love this place. Some of their things can be a bit pricey, but you can usually always find what you need. So much to look at and so much to want. They have clothing, shoes, camping and boating stuff, boats and ATV's, and I think they have guns and accessories. Hunting and target practice equipment. Just so much cool stuff. I notice new things every time I come in the store. I don't know anyone who wouldn't like this store.

What's not to love about Bass Pro? All kinds of hunting ? ?, fishing ?, boating ? and camping ⛺ gear, clothing, supplies and more.One thing that really sets these stores apart from their competitors are the knowledgeable and friendly employees who are willing to go the extra mile to help customers ? .

I'm thoroughly impressed with the employee that I met in the footwear department today, Joseph. I came in, he approached me and asked how he could help. I showed him an image of a pair of boots I found online. He went back immediately and got me the size I requested. Didmt take long, either. Well, it turns out that those boots weren't my size, nor were they what I really wanted. He told me about the ones that he was wearing, and told me that he could go to the back and find some for me. Got me the size I needed, and was incredibly happy with everything about the boot. I only spent about ten minutes in that store. Amazing customer service!
