We couldn't be more pleased with our experience at Buy Wright Auto Sales 2838 South 8th St, Rogers, AR 72758. Everyone we dealt with was super friendly, extremely helpful and went above and beyond to ensure things went smoothly with our truck deal. Added bonus is that they have been family owned since the beginning and are just very down to earth good people! 10/10 would highly recommend stopping in to see them if you're in the market for a reliable vehicle at a great price!

Bought a car a year and ago and from the start the car gave me so many problems. From the first month till now something always goes wrong. They said there was never anything wrong with it but looked through the car to find paperwork from the car being fixed from previous problems. To many engine problems.

Our experience with Buy Wright Auto Sales at 2838 South 8th St, Rogers, AR 72758, was pleasant. We did not use the dealer by recommendation; we were car shopping and passing by to see their cars. We had already visited other dealers. Our representative was Kenneth Stidham. Kenneth was respectful and patient, but most importantly, he gave us space to shop without following us around.
We are happy with the transaction because the car is in good body and mechanical condition. I drove the car out of the dealer for two hours without incidents then or now. The vehicle is everything advertised: no more, no less.
The dealer also offered a mechanic's contact information for future service. Our choices were to purchase at a lower price online or test drive one with a local dealer and see what we were getting. Buy Wright Auto Sales worked with us, making a fair deal by comparing prices online and ensuring everyone was satisfied with the agreement. I received all the original manuals for the car. We were shopping on the weekend and received the vehicle's title promptly.
I believe Buy Wright Auto Sales is a good dealer with honest people. I would gladly use Buy Wright Auto Sales again, and I only have positive things to say about them. I hope your experience is as good as mine. Many thanks to Buy Wright Auto Sales.

I have purchased 2 vehicles here have never been disappointed they are fair, friendly, and just a good place to get a vehicle! I feel like a friend when I walk in and haven't left disappointed. Prices are high everywhere but their prices are reasonable and I would have no problem sending friends and family there to buy something so if you're looking for a reliable vehicle good customer service and I thought of a cool slogan they should definitely adopt haha "you can't go wrong when you buywright"!

Great, fast service at the beginning of the process.
A few days later I had to replace the battery because they didn’t have the correct battery in the vehicle (this was reimbursed). The vehicle has a missing headlight that I replaced myself, I reported the heater didn’t work after a couple of weeks (once the weather started getting colder) & this was never addressed.
Less than three months after purchase, my vehicle was not in my drive way where it should have been. I called the bank in a frantic in which they told me the dealership called them and bought the vehicle back. I told the dealership that I would be getting an attorney to take care of this illegal activity as I had proof of every paid payment & it showed I owed $0 the day they decided to purchase it back- this didn’t seem to phase them. However that night I started getting messages that they thought they would be able to re-finance me again on the vehicle. I’m not comfortable with using them for a vehicle ever again, & I told them so. However the next day, I received an email from the bank that financed me welcoming me back to them.
After some more research & consultations apparently this company AND family are known for their shady business. I would highly suggest NOT trusting them & their “nice, fast, friendly service” on day one.
I was also told I would get a refund, but I don’t see that happening without further legal action.
