Idk what happened to Burlington. It used to be such an organized clean place to shop at. It’s now just very unorganized, smells bad and just seems dirty. They need new management ASAP!

I like the variety of products Burlington has, but the store in Rogers Ar. Is a disaster, very disappointing. Things are just stuffed into the shelves. Looks like no one ever straightened up. Mother's day afternoon and only 2 registers going. Floor employee was running around with a sucker in her mouth. Needs better management.

There were over 15 people with full carts waiting to check out. There were three cashiers, two of which were working at one register trying to do a return. We were two people back in line, took over 10 minutes. Got to the register and asked if they were the only ones working. Yes Unbelievable that the store doesn’t staff better than that. Wouldn’t go back

My daughter liked this place before our last trip. I only gave it 1 stars because they sell 95% clothes and there are only 2 unmanaged fitting rooms. We stood in line for 20 min to try on 2 things. The checkout line was another 20-minute wait (our cashier was really NICE, though), and after walking through a labyrinth, we finally made it to the grossest bathrooms. (I wouldn't recommend letting your kids go by themselves..) Like I said, the staff was nice, BUT they were drowning in customers....

Love Burlington, had lots of cute stuff and good prices compared anyhow. Hard to find stuff on the racks at times cause it gets trifled through so much but hey it's part of the hunt I guess. The hygiene section has good deals on top shelf products and sometimes you can find real cool kicks at half the cost. Love the sheet selection and the purses are a plenty too.

Very disappointed by this place. Every year I get a cart full of Christmas gifts from this place. I spent around $400 to $600 . I've had 2 knee replacement surgeries and it's difficult carrying my items out all at once. A magnet stops u from taking the cart to your car , if you make multiples trips, u risk someone stealing your bags. Even though that was a hassle I continued to shop there. The deal breaker was damaged clothes from the anti theft devices , I have holes in shirts. I purchased my husband 5 shirts for after Christmas vacation , we planned on leaving today . Can't we just discovered the cashier never took the anti theft devices off 2 of them and the ones shed did now have holes in them. Now he doesn't have the shirts he needed for our trip and I gotta make another trip to have these devices removed . Thanks guys !
