For one the place smells bad but i tried to get passed that. I spoke with an employee there for a few days in a row looking for a sectional for my family. When they got one in (used) they had me come look at it. When my daughter and I showed up to view it I noticed something coming out each time my daughter bounced on a cushion so I started to remove the cushions and there was a serios case of bed bugs that the previous owners must not have mentioned obviously. When the general manager called me to help me out he said I was offered a new couch at regular price. As well as asked to pay an extra deposit since the other couch is new and I was told to come view a used one with bed bugs. I quickly realized they were not trying to help me just trying to make a sell and charge me more. I highly recommend NWA furniture right across the street from here. Financing is amazing. The furniture is NEW the financing options are very reasonable and the prices are amazing. Will never shop at buddys again.

This place has the RUDEST employees ever. Even the store manager. Don’t benefit these people with your money, go somewhere else.

At the beginning I was very pleased with the service but now they charge me on the day that they shouldn’t have charge made me go on over draft . I take the stuff back and I’m still getting charged for a late feed. Something that I shouldn’t get charge for never do business with this place again. So I got charge early take the stuff back, and I still gotta pay for being late I never will recommend.

Furniture gets broke because they don't put it together right it takes months just to fix it and they add all this interest without even letting you know that you're going to have all this interest on it John's a scammer

I just got thru dealin with ashly furniture shutting dwn and they didnt want to work with me at but my guy scott is the man to talk to he will hook u up with a great deal and a great new look for the home or new appliances none of his show room items and damaged unlike rent a center so if your looking for a great deal and great customer service talk to my scott THANK YOU SCOTT FOR ALL THE HELP!!!!!!

Purchased a table and chairs from them. Bring it home and put it together and roaches were crawling out of the chairs and we haven’t been able to get rid of them since. I’ve never had them in my life!! I called to let them know and instead of caring about the situation he defended his 25 years in business. I asked if there is anything to get rid of them and he said to do what everyone else does go by some raid over the counter stuff at Walmart! Needless to say be careful what h purchase from there. Because they obviously don’t care if your purchases roaches as an added bonus! Uh!!!
