DO NOT USE the Boost store on South 8th Street in Rogers, AR. I caught the young kid helping me taking photos of my credit card and drivers license. He said Boost required it. But he tried to buy bicycle parts with my information 2 days later. I called Boost, and NO they do not require store staff to take photos of customers' DL or payment cards. I have LifeLock and did not (yet) lose any money. But I still had to go get a new DL.

They were friendly and it was nice trying some new food we hadn't tried yet but the food we did try could have used some sauce of some kind. It was a bit dry and a lot of the meat in mine was just fat but the flavor was great.

WAY better than the last time I was there. Two on staff! And knowledgeable. VERY helpful. Thank you to Elvis, he was professional, patient and thorough.Glad the female that was there the last time I went is gone. She was NOTHING like the current employees there now.

...This place has terrible service. my brother tried to switch all his data and phone number from a samsung galazy a21 to a redmi note 8 pro and they said it wouldn't work with their system. They wanted to force sell him a new cell phone.... for ONLY $56. Okay, sure, why not. They do it and THEN tell him it is actually $95. he asked why the difference in what the guy just told him? he said there is an activation fee. He said I already have an account. The guy says it is for the new phone. he didn't tell him about the new phone activation fee until AFTER he did it AND then the dude threw my brother's sim in the trash!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! my brother had to dig it out of the trash himself. DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE

Este lugar tiene un pésimo servicio. Necesitaba una nueva sim card para mi teléfono y no me la quisieron vender. Me dijeron que mi telefono estaba viejo y no funcionaria con la nueva red. Querian venderme a fuerza un celular nuevo. Yo compre la sim card online y actualize mi telefono sin ningun problema.

After trying to get my aunt's phone refunded because they charged her for a phone that was supposed to be free they put us off for 8 days until the 7 days was passed to get your refund and then said it was nothing they could do so I will definitely be choosing a different phone service. If I could give them a negative star review I would.

I accidentally was messing with my settings yesterday and somehow it changed my number. I immediately called them to fix it because of work,dr's,etc and they said they couldn't. There was no where that asked me are u sure u want to change your number? I tried all day long and plus got hung up on and told they would call me back in 2 hours. The first time I was told that he did but the next time they didn't. I'm done with this joke.
