I expected nothing less from the Maloney family. Excellent service. I had two claims so I was a little complicated but handled it like pros.Made my life and stress level way manageable through the situation.They delivered on the due date. Sometimes those right on delivery waiver due to part delay. I was lucky and everything came through on time. They communicated with the rental car company so I wouldn’t have to. I even left the rental there. What a perk.I loved the updates for the process.I.e. “ Hello! Your vehicle is in paint and on track for 2/15 at this time. Thank you!Reply STOP to unsubscribe”It’s like one of those place you hope you don’t have to recommend.. but if you need them— they’re right there.Thanks for making this as easy as possible.

Had some minor damage to the rear bumper of my Tacoma. My insurance co. USAA uses them for estimates. Estimate went very well. Person estimating listened to me when I said a scuff in the tail light could be buffed out and it didn't require replacement. Work was done in a timely fashion and Tacoma looks like new. Highly recommend.

They worked with me and took all the headache out of insurance claims and rental stuff. They handled everything! And I am very happy to have my car back and looking fly again! It was even cleaner on the inside and the outside than it was before. 10/10 recommend!

Fantastic experience! Excellent communication including regular calls & texts about progress. Seamless coordination with our insurance company & adjuster. Finished all repairs a week early & the car looked brand new. They were even considerate enough to vacuum up all the crumbs in my mom-mobile ;) Highly recommend!

Fantastic body shop. Very friendly staff and great service. One of the best qualities is that someone stays in contact with you all throughout the process. I was contacted once a week on my vehicle. The shop workers did a wonderful job getting my vehicle back to new.Highly recommend.

All the staff was fantastic. They kept me updated throughout the entire process. My car looks better than it did before it went in prior to the accident. All the gaps line up great and no noises. Nothing was missed as they were super thorough on the repairs. Very satisfied and will not hesitate to recommend or use again if needed.

From the moment you walk in this office you know they have your back. I’ve never worked with a collision company with such knowledge, organization and empathy. The car repair was perfect! Karen and Aaron both were up to speed on my vehicle so it didn’t matter which one answered the phone. Their follow up re progress was impeccable. They even handled getting my car to Fayetteville to replace a mobility lift and all the paperwork involved with that ( on top of all the body work)! I am totally blown away by the level of service they provide- everyone there was extremely helpful. I wouldn’t go anywhere else!!!
