The "store phone number" goes to an automated number that is not specific to the Rogers location. It wastes your entire morning attempting to guess what you're calling about. If only there was some really efficient way to know what a customer is calling about ?

Only been buy a few times. This week worked with Cycle from Samsung on selecting a phone. Manager Gary stopped by to check on things. Super great experience with very knowledgeable and professional staff

It’s a great store, I usually come here if I can’t find what I need at Walmart or I don’t want to wait for shipping or I just need something reliable, I know I can come to Best Buy. The employees will usually offer to help, however most of the time things move a bit slow with customer service and checkout, not always but at least half the time.

I love this store because their employees are so helpful and friendly thank you! I really like that they answer your questions and help you find the products you came in for and the store is always clean and organized. I think they have wonderful customer service.

We were in the market for a deep freeze. Best buy had none and cannot order one for you. They also do not deliver. The salesman told us to go to Fayetteville and buy one. We have no way to get it home.

They said I'd have a 3 minute wait. I've been on hold for 10 minutes. I want to buy a $2,000 TV. Can't get thru to the TV dept. Best Buy is supposed to have the LG TV I want. Bummer. Guess I'll try a different Best Buy store.

Nice store with a good selection. Unfortunately, we couldn’t find anyone to help with questions about a tv.Finally just loaded one ourselves. Thankfully it met our needs.

Staff was friendly and helpful. The displays of all the computer hardware i couldn't afford were incredible. This particular location was nice and compact with all of the cool stuff packed together.
