Not as well stocked as it should be. Now they only have the customer service desk as a checkout.

Went in for a single USB male to USB male cable, this is the only place in town I could find one so credit where crefdit is due. There was an employee helping another customer standing directly in front of the cable I needed, and I understand that I'm not more important than any other customer, however after listening to this senior customer and the employee argue for almost 12 minutes about how to connect to a digital camera (hovering at an UNCOMFORTABLE distance) I asked if I could get around them to get what I needed. I was told it would be just a minute. After another 2 minutes literally timing it on my phone I INSISTED they GTFO my way which was obliged with quite the attitude.I grabbed my cable and ran to the front of the store where I found ZERO registers open and was told by the kid up front that I needed to go to customer returns to check out. There were 6 people in line with returns.Long story short it took 48 minutes to buy a single USB cable and that is SHAMEFUL.

My son received a gift he wanted to return and purchase a needed item for his truck. They didn’t even ask him about options until they fully processed the return and credited it back to the givers credit card. So now he has no gift and no gift card to purchase anyhting else. We have had other issues with returns to this store as well. So thankful for Walmart and all of the other stores we spend our own money at that lets us work through smooth, easy and proper returns. Oh and don’t try to call the “store number”. No Best Buys apparently answer their own phones. I found out after 40 minutes of texting, holding, and being transferred around to numerous customer service people trying to help my son.

My wife and I went into Best Buy to look at high end TV's. We were planning on doing quite a bit of research and then purchasing a TV at a later date. However, a young lady by the name of Lauren and the Best Buy staff were so helpful and well informed on new technology. we felt comfortable purchasing the TV the same day without continuing to research TV's forever...We both hate shopping, especially at Christmas time. So, it was really nice to walk into Best Buy, learn about these complex TV's, purchase a TV with confidence and be out in 37 minutes. This kind of customer service experience is almost unheard of these days.

Insignia washer: Washed a load of blankets and I guess it threw it off balance, left with soaking wet laundry and no way to dry it bc it's so wet!

Always friendly & knowledgeable. If a particular person isn't, I'm directed to someone who is. I do feel they lack specific inventory. For instance, I was hoping to walk in & buy a record for my daughter I had seen online was in stock. It was not. Record selection is extremely thin. I know this is the age of streaming & online ordering, but a bit of selection for items would be nice.

No help, 15 employees standing around no one to help check us out. Except for one employee that ran up to reiterate I needed to go stand in line. The front registers are all closed
