Jazmine did a great job! My brows are tricky because of a cowlick-type thing but she tamed them. Did a great job on upper lip and chin as well.

Jasmine was great! It was my first brow experience, I did a wax and tint. She was thorough, answered all my questions, and took extra steps to make sure everything was just right! I definitely plan on going back to her!

Erika was fabulous! Highly recommend her. This was my first time getting my eyebrows done outside my hair salon and I was pleasantly surprised. She did a great job and I will be back.

Erika did an amazing job! She is very personable and was able to help shape my brows and clean them up. My eyebrows look so much better than before!Also, scheduling was easy to do online and I was able to get an appointment for the next day, it was really convenient and easy, which was nice because it is a busy time of year so I didn't expect to be able to get an appointment that quickly.

The people that work here are in dire need of an attitude check, probably from management down. When I am spending $100-200, or even $20, I do not expect to be treated rudely and condescending and as if I am wasting your time. This is your job Ulta employee and if you are so obsessed with yourself and your own makeup and how you look compared to your coworker that you cannot even ring up a sale without being a j*** then you need to seriously consider your deep seeded insecurities and work somewhere else where you have no human contact. A few notes: Redeemable points are there for the customer to use. Quit acting as if it is the biggest inconvenience of your entire life to look it up and apply to the purchase. If the store is out of a product and floor employee offers that the cashier can order it for you and ship to your house - cashiers - again don't be jerks about it and act as if it is the worst thing you have ever had to do in your sad life. I have had so many bad experiences not only at this store but in other states too across the board. I am fed up with this business and will never shop there again when I can go to Sephora and be treated with kindness and helpfulness. Corporate you need to seriously reevaluate your employee training and hiring practices.

The manager .. I wish I remembered his name .... he is amazing! Very knowledgeable and friendly. Best experience in Ulta ever . Typically I feel like I am in Walmart shopping. He made the experience so much better. He is a keeper!
