They use cheap third party transport services. Beds are imported from china. Paid them for a white glove delivery service. Arrived at my house and refused to move my old mattress away. Kevin J Spender Director of sales and marketing told me that it’s not his problem. He said to look at the disclaimer on their website where they say that they don’t guarantee that. Interesting approach to retaining a customer that just paid $4,000 for a mattress.

They were very helpful, friendly, and informative, didn't waste any time trying to sell unnecessary things. Answered all my questions and laid out all my options. The delivery option was an awesome choice, and I am thoroughly satisfied with everything. Good to buy local from here, but also get a great customer experience. Walked out with a mattress the same day.

This is a review of the experience I had early this evening after shopping at numerous stores for a mattress I need asap. It was a long day, & I saw Bedding Mart as I was driving home. Decided at the last minute to turn around & drive back the 1/2 mile after passing the store. Very happy I did so, because Jay was most kind in helping me selecta perfect mattress
