If you want to feel like a bank actually cares and not one who sees you as just another account, THIS IS the bank for you!! Every time I go thru the drive thru or inside the branch itself, I always walk out with a smile on my face. When working with ANY of the tellers I feel a since of someone who actually cared about my needs. Also, one of the cleanest banks I’ve seen.

Such unsatisfactory service. Very slow and untrained employees. All I wanted to do was choose a date to disperse my Required Minimum Distribution from my two IRAS. Tried to do this over the phone. Nope. Had to go into the branch. Then got there and no on knew how to do this. They had to call the IRA Department.
It took half an hour and multiple phone calls by the teller and New Accounts person to sign multiple documents to disperse my
RMD the first week in December. I am a retired banker and have done this transaction many times. Should have taken no more than five minutes.

We had a great experience here. Staff was nice and bank was clean. We walked out happy and plan to keep doing so.

I have to agree with all the comments about it being the slowest bank I have ever encountered. Have also had issues with trying to wire money. Seems like no one in authority was in and had to contact people at another branch and then wait quite a while on a response. I’ve never encountered anything like it at my previous banks. It isn’t just a one time thing. It’s every time I go. Regret switching banks to this one.

This is the slowest bank I have ever been to. I have been here many times always thinking maybe they will do better. Maybe I just caught them on a slow day but EVERY SINGLE TIME, they are slow slow slow. You will be waiting no less than 20+ minutes for a simple basic transaction.

0 stars. Yet again Bank OZK withheld a transaction from A MONTH AGO to try an overdraft my account for the 3rd time this month. I wish pulling my account would hurt your business but since I don’t have Walton money, this review would have to do.

Absolutely a horrible experiences with this financial institution.I went to this branch asking for help in regards to help securing / closing my mom's checking account due to her passing away. I asked for help because I didn't know the process on what to do. I had a certified death certificate in hand (the funeral home director said to lock down accounts due to fraud). I was asking for advice on what we needed to do to prevent fraud or anything.I was told by the acting branch, "I noted the account". She made a copy of the death certificate and a copy of my driver's license. I kept asking what do we / I need to secure the account? All she kept saying is," I noted the account". She finally said if need something we will contact you.I personally have had a checking account with BOK since approximately 2008 and I was treated like this? THIS WAS DISGUSTING!!!!! All I wanted was advice and help, nothing more, nothing less. I was under the impression your bank was supposed to help you with your financial needs?I WILL BE SHUTTING DOWN MY ACCOUNT AND MOVING MY ACCOUNT!!!

Left feeling I was missing something. Charges applied which I never did get a clear understanding of. It ended up taking close to an hour to close out my IRA. Still feeling something wasn't right.

I really never write reviews but sadly this particular location on Olive & 47th Street in Rogers is the slowest at service ive ever experienced on every occasion! Expect to wait in line at least 20-25 mins everytime. They have also made several errors on cash back, and then called me relentlessly over a couple dollars that they went over on and then wanted to take it outta my account when it was a mistake on their part! I had no problem giving the money back but when two different employees called me and gave me 2 different amounts and they couldn't even agree on the correct check that it came from, it made me suspicious and thats why i refused to let them take it from my account! I had to tell them the correct amount and check that the mistake was made from. Id go to a different a location if this wasn't the closest to me and its already 20 mins away from where I work & live because they only have branches near the highway.

I strayed from Arvest for the first time in 30+ years (didn’t want all my eggs in one basket and I still have accounts at Arvest) and Honestly, my experience has been less than desirable. I know Covid has things operating in a weird way. The Teller in the red sweater today acted like it’s not the banks responsibility to help figure out why the debit card isn’t working. The customer service is definitely lacking.
