Unprofessional and discriminatory behavior from the interior designer at this Rogers location. I’ve been waiting for assistance for over 6 months and purposely avoiding me, avoiding my calls, and text messages because I’m black. If you are POC you may not receive professional treatment from her. We are also a military family and we very disappointed by this behavior. Communication is simple and easy thing to do, and unfortunately I won’t ever shop here again. POC avoid this place! There is no excuse for this, I have proof of everything.

Avenue Design Co is great! Their show room in downtown Rogers is chock full of unique pieces and high quality furniture (like the 8 foot tall mirror in the picture!) The ladies working there are helpful, and Tracy, the owner, is awesome! This is a cool place to stop in and shop around, and they offer interior design services as well!

We have lots of great home design stores in NWA with great customer service, and this one stands out for ALL the wrong reasons!After more than a 6 month wait, I've yet to receive the design plan that I purchased. Upon following up, my confirmations that it had not been received were met with arguments and the excuse that since they hadn't heard from me they assumed that I did not want the services. How? I already paid for the service!! The lead designer Tracy asked whether I wanted to start with a new quote or stick with the one previously prepared. When I asked for the one previously prepared she excused her work by saying she was getting a new cell phone provider and may have lost the email that she sent me. She ALSO confirmed that she did not offer refunds for work already submitted WITHOUT my prompting. It's been more than a week since this unfortunate conversation, and I still have not received the quote or a phone call using their new service provider. EVEN after I followed up with another phone call.I wonder if you never actually provide the quote if you are entitled to an apology and a REFUND?

My wife, Cassie and I, on a whim, dropped by Ave Design mainly out of curiosity. We are both glad we did. The store is located in an old building that is filled with charm and history. But the best part of the business is not so old, although still filled with charm. It's the friendly person who waited on us, Yvonne.Yvonne was a pleasure to talk with and full of knowledge, with a great sense of humor. She is definitely a breath of fresh air in a time of so much negativity.We had not intended to buy anything but ended up purchasing a fragrance diffuser. Yvonne was not a pushy salesperson like you find in many places and it's worth the visit just to talk to her.

I live in Bentonville AR part of the time and mostly in Newport Coast CA. My husbands business is in California so we are here the majority of the time. I'm a California native and my husband was born in Siloam Springs Arkansas. We were in Arkansas about three weeks ago and we're walking around old down town Rogers. Most of the stores were closed at the time of our walk. When we saw Avenue Design from the outside looking in, I knew that I was going to return the next day to check it out. It was so worth the trip back! I absolutely LOVE this store. I purchased a hat and two beautiful scarves. I saw so many beautiful items for my home, but didn't want to purchase until I could drive back and be able to take back to CA with me. The lady that helped me with the choices in scarves and showed me the hat that came with a beautiful box was so delightful....... I can't wait to get back to this beautiful design studio!Linda Thompson

The store is a mix of items, all of which seemed priced on the upper end. The quality is unknown. I have seen similar items priced better at other places, but they are not outrageous.We had a gift card for there and bought two table candle holders for a romantic dinner and that was nice.Worth a look.

I just bought the perfect bar stools at Avenue Design Company in Rogers. I went back 3 times before making my decision and each time the staff were helpful and professional and patient with my indecision. The store has many unique pieces of furniture and decor items, and if you want fragrances for the home, I have never seen (or smelled!) a better selection. I will be back!

Went in on one of my lazy days off, so I was not dressed professionally like I usually am for my job. Upon entering the store, I was met with a hello from one of the sales ladies, and not even 30 seconds later she very condescendingly looked me up and down and asked “What do you do for living?” I was absolutely shocked. Not at the question itself, but the way she said it, I knew she was insinuating that I didn’t belong in there by the way I was dressed (workout pants, t-shirt, and flip flops). The funny thing is, I actually make very good money, and was ready to spend it, but not after that. Any place that has snotty people like that will never gain my business. There are so many other amazing stores in NWA that have just as good a product, as well as better prices, without the side of condescension. Would not recommend, unless you just love going to stores where you get judged and treated like garbage.
