Jose was super helpful and definitely deserves some credit for fixing a problem I’ve been having for months. I was suppose to get Fiber for my apartments but any time we asked about it they would often send us in loops. We decided to stop in at this location and after 30 minutes we were able to head home with a timeframe and high hopes! Can’t wait to enjoy that faster speeds since I work with video games

Jose was the best. He went the extra mile in helping me. He helped me with my charger in my vehicle and helped me set up my Bluetooth in my vehicle. Plus helping me pair my watch to my phone. Very pleasant and nice. I look for him when I go to AT&T. He’s the best!

traded in 2 phones and was in and out in 90 mins. would have been less than 60 but there was a line. ask for Mike. he got us everything, knows the numbers, and got the new phones working in the store.

Soon as I walked in I was greeted. Needed accessories for my recent iPhone purchase. Sale's person gave a good recommendation on a screen protector & case. Also put the accessories on the phone which helped greatly. In & out less than 20 minutes

I went to the store to upgrade my iPhone to the iPhone 14 pro max. I was greeted as soon as I walked in, by Anthony. They had the phone and color in stock. Anthony set up my new phone in a timely fashion and helped me get my name and address changed since the ATT app has not saved this information every time I've attempted it. Anthony was friendly and personable and didn't try to change my mind in what I wanted. I would definitely recommend this store, and Anthony. Excellent customer service.

Taylor at the Rogers AR branch was absolutely the best very friendly and knowledgeable and quickly helped me get my new iPhone 14 and accessories you need more associates like him in your stores again 5 out of 5 stars for this young man !

Extremely disappointed with the service I received from this store. We signed up for fiber internet back in March because a sales rep came to our home and told us that we would have our last cox bill cancellation fee paid for plus receive a $300 visa gift card if we signed on. After signing up I took my cox bill to the store to be told I would receive and email where I could upload the receipt to get a reimbursement and be able to apply for the visa gift card reward. I never received and email so I called the store multiple times to inquire, each time I was told they would get with the rep who signed me up to get the problem fixed and I should receive the email. Each time I never received an email. I went into the store in May to speak to the manager who pulled up my account to confirm the rewards we’re never activated so he activated them and said I should receive the email with 24 hours. The only email I received after that was for a reward program to get 6 months free for an online gaming platform which is not what I wanted or discussed with the manager. I called the store again asking for help to be told by a rep that the manager I spoke with would be in later that day and would give me a call back. I never received a call and now I am past the expiration date to receive any of the supposed rewards. Not sure what else I was supposed to do on my end to resolve this issue since I spent months reaching out multiple times only to be ignored and left without a resolution.

Mike worked with me for well over an hour to help switch my family lines around to a plan that was better for us. I am so thankful he was the associate that approached us. He was incredibly patient and kind, and truly went above and beyond what was necessary. Had I known there was someone like him there, I wouldn't have procrastinated taking care of it for so long. When I return, I'll specifically request him.
