Bad service, they leave you waiting for an excessive amount of time, they don't give you any solution and the person who serves doesn't even have a good way to serve people. I'm so upset with this store and its terrible service.

I came in with a concern regarding my bill. I was treated with such unprofessionalism . Edwin made a sarcastic remark about everything I had to say . One of the worst costumer services I have received . He in no way was trying to find a solution to my concern. He was not even apologetic about his confrontational demeanor towards me. Please do not use Edwin as your customer service rep. He will not try to help you if you are having concerns . He also had no name tag on thus the reason I had to ask for his name.

My experience with Bryan was amazing! He treated us better than an employee would treat a customer, he established a relationship with my girlfriend and I. He was honest, transparent, helpful, and I felt comfortable doing business with him. He guided me through the entire process from start to finish. I’ve been with AT&T for more than 15 years and this was by far the best experience I’ve had at any location. For anyone out there looking to upgrade or any other related questions, I recommend you speak to Bryan! I will be coming back to this location for future upgrades and I look forward to it!

Bryan gave the best customer service I have received in a long while. I needed a new phone and he was patient while I looked and picked one out. He was new and I asked a few questions he wasn’t 100% sure about BUT what I appreciate the most is that he FOUND OUT the correct answer instead of telling me what I wanted to hear to make the sale. I appreciate this level of transparency and will continue to do business that this location. Go see Bryan…you will not be disappointed!

Edwin was so helpful, knowledgeable and pleasant. If you feel customer service is a lost art, you have not been to visit the two gentlemen at this AT&T store. Excellent, would give them 10 stars if possible!

My Z flip 4 cracked due to no fault of my own. I had the phone insured but they insisted there was nothing they could do about it. So they recommend I add another line to my plan (which we did) I got the new Razr and it's even crappier than the Z flip

Waited for 25 minutes to talk to someone and then I spoke to someone who was extremely rude. Most likely going back to sprint/T-Mobile.
