If you have severe anxiety dont go there.Update few years later.. I wish I would have sued this place. Just the female dentist who did my procedure atleast. I'm still traumatized by how to treated me. She shouldn't be a dentist. (She even said with a molar half way pulled out that she was going to not finish and just send me home like that because I guess my pain was annoying her. I got told later by a nurse I just had long roots and that's why it hurt. But the dentist hit my top teeth with her tool and blamed me for it.. So ya thanks Dr. P for that experience.

Great experience from the moment I entered the dental clinic. Everyone I came in contact with was very nice, professional and courtesy. I was very pleased with my care today and look forward to calling Aspen Dental my dental providers.

The financial lady confirmed and reassured that my insurance and account balance are good and I shouldn’t receive any more bills. Well that’s not the case, after two years since last visit. I’m get a bill. Trying to get someone on the phone to discuss this matter is a pain in the butt! Don’t recommend and not satisfied with their customer service at all.

Update: They removed the $30 charge, so they clearly care about their reviews. Bumping up from one star because at least they made it right. Still not a great dental option if you have options. If not, I imagine they will suffice.I initially came here for cleanings due to its location and acceptance of my insurance. I went into it knowing it wouldn't be the best. At first, it was adequate. Over time, the problems started to show. I would be rescheduled almost every appointment, which was incredibly inconvenient. Eventually, I needed to get my wisdom teeth out. They were going to charge far less than other places, which was suspicious but it seemed worth the savings to me. I prepaid the full amount at the time and waited for the appointment. The extraction was long and painful. The dentist was sloppy and caused unnecessary damage to my gums. I was in pain beyond the expected for quite a while after.After that terrible experience, along with other things, I decided to go elsewhere for cleanings. However, I received a letter the other day in the mail from a collections agency for a $30 charge that I was not informed of and that was not explained to me. The agency couldn't tell me what it was for and said I needed to talk to Aspen. Their hours are not convenient for my job, and when I do call, I am on hold until I have no time left to wait.I prepaid a fairly large sum in cash for a procedure that was a miserable experience, only to be charged an additional $30 for no discernible reason with no clear attempts to contact me to collect, which was sent to a collections agency. Overall, a pretty terrible interaction.

I had agreat experience at Aspen Dental in Rogers. They were friendly, courteous, timely and repaired my dentures in 45 minutes. I totally give them 5 put of 5 star rating!

Everyone was really nice and supportive! Made me feel comfortable and answered any question I had! I had my wisdom tooth extracted and I didn’t even feel it!

Extremely nice receptionist and all the office workers the dentist and their help is also very good would recommend to anyone just got my new ones today in it's kind of hard getting used to him but they're turning out to be excellent five stars would give more if I could

I started on the path to replacing my teeth with dentures today at Aspen Dental. I was surprised by the number of other patients that were also happily using Aspen Dental. The staff worked through it all cheerfully and deliberately. The dental tech's ensured both my x-rays and impressions were top notch and verified by the doctor before proceeding. The practice manager bent over backward to give me all of the alternatives and costs, in writing. I am 70 now, and I require a lot of explanation. In all the costs were actually $300 dollars lower than quoted by other dental firms and the financing was the same as my USAA percentages. I am very happy!

Could not have gotten through my dental needs without the group in Rogers, AR. I wouldn't even try. A back tooth removal has roots up in the jaw. People better be nice.
