Been banking with Arvest since 2002. And this bank in rogers on olive has the most horrible customer service because of their arrogant young kid adults arvest hires. Arvest, what happened to real customer service? so sad.

Seldom open at 7:30 AM for the drive through. Always 5 to 10 minutes late.

I've been an Arvest customer for many years, but what an absolutely INFURIATING experience this branch in particular has provided. My wife and I went to wire money to a joint account of ours, they charged $30 just to attempt it and then it failed after we gave them all the information we had from Fidelity. My wife and I came in today to try again and were met with the most actively unhelpful employee we've ever experienced. Avoided answering questions, was purposely extremely vague and clearly didn't want to help us. We couldn't figure out what account numbers were needed for the wire and he just stood there like a wet sock on a mop handle like he was hoping we'd go away soon. After several unanswered questions with us standing there asking them, I just tore up the wire form and walked out of the building. I will never go back to this branch although it's the closest to our house and may just stop using Arvest all together soon after this experience.

Been banking with arvest for over 10 years, last year I went in to get a 1 year CD loan purely to increase my credit score. Set it on auto draft and never thought twice. Last week I get a notice that my credit score had dropped 60 points. Arvest didn't auto draft my last payment. Call to try to figure out what is going on, was told I needed to come into a branch and make my last payment in person then they proceeded to take my last payment over the phone. ARE YOU SERIOUS? This wasn't disclosed to me by the loan officer when I secured the loan last year furthermore I recieved no courtesy call when my loan was close to maturing. Also if I need to come in person why take my payment over the phone? Completely backwards. They refuse to remove the late report from the credit bureaus. I have never had a late payment nor delinquent acct with arvest in 10 years yet they ruin my credit with something I got purely to help my credit. As soon I can I will be heading over in person to close my accounts.

I left Arvest a few months back. After my debit card was compromised 6 different times, I spent literal hours on the phone and at this branch asking what do I need to do differently. Although I realize that this is not the branch’s fault, I was very disappointed with the fact that the only advice I was given by the branch is to “Just stop using your Debit card”. I rebutted with, if you offer a service, I shouldn’t have to stop using it. On top of that, I got sick and tired of all the $5 fees. I happened to bank with two other institutions simultaneously with zero problems, so I chose to part ways with Arvest. Today I was paid by a customer with an Arvest check, upon cashing it… guess what, “there’s a $5 fee for cashing the check”. I simply don’t understand and am very frustrated with the fact that you (Arvest) once again offer a service to your customer (checks) but then punish the notion of using said service! Crazy!!! What you have forced me to do is to decline any payment via your checks. Unfortunately you probably couldn’t care less, but it’s a burden on your customers. And I will most definitely be the voice in informing your customers why I won’t take their Arvest check. To be transparent, the $5 will not make or break me, as I’m positive it won’t make or break your institution. The fact that you charge it simply shows how greedy your company is. Extremely disappointing from a bank with local roots, and who claims to have family/local values! Feel free to contact me if you wish to discuss this any further, I’m sure you still have my contact information!

I went to Arvest to get a loan, the staff was nice and friendly. The only problem I have is that Rene did not go over everything involved in the loan. I was never told about a 100 dollar fee that Arvest charges when opening a loan account, it was hidden in the paperwork. Educate your customers next time, definitely wouldn’t reccomend this location

The door greeter is psycho about wearing a mask inside. Acts like your the devil when you walk in. Here is a pic of her. She is very pushy. I was almost positive she’s was going to kick me out of the bank. The teller was awesome. Really nice ladyUse the drive-through if possible. It’ll keep you from being attacked at the door.

I was in a terrible position and unfortunately asked a huge task of three people just before closing. The coin machine was down and I had to make a large deposit in coins. All three of them, Victoria, Jordan and Tran, helped count the coins by hand and make my deposit before I was hit with a fee. I have never been more grateful and I hope they all get raises!!!

Nice Arvest Bank. Great customer service as always. Needs more ATM’s especially for after hours.
