The lady that answered the phone today was so sweet. I was needing a very last minute propane refill for my rental property and she was so caring and polite and was able to have the driver stop by the house before the weekend. Definitely recommend the customer service was excellent!

A great country feed and fuel store. They have everything I have had need of here on the mountain... Kerosene, off road diesel, 100% gasoline, propane, tank valves, gas hoses, rock salt, horse shoes, and just about any type of animal feed... Live rabbits and chicks in season. The only reason for 4stars is that they do need to improve scheduling and customer support for their home delivery propane service. They try but because of not having any good scheduling software or CRM software they make mistakes. I have offered to help them find an open source system but they are not really technically open... I have hope that the new owners will be more open to it.

After calling about a new home propane set up, the person on the phone didn't seem much interested in helping with the process. I was told that "it is the middle of propane season" and he didn't have time to send anyone to look at the construction site. He also didn't know when he could get a tank nor was able to quote any prices. I understand the crazy supply chain situation and a busy time of year, but you should at least act interested in gaining a new customer who will purchase thousands of dollars worth of equipment and fuel.

Drove 40 miles after being told They could replace a propane tank valve got here and they are to busy to help me .

I have just been in this store and I had a bad experience. Something was broken. I came to make my claim and the person who is working is an elderly lady. I imagine that 60 years of expectation of Halloween because she has a horrible mood and cannot help you, she simply refused to change me I hope so and you can give me an answer about this.

Worst customer service I’ve experienced. Placed a propane order over a week ago. No response relative to a delivery date. Multiple calls and multiple promises and still no order. Will spend the weekend without heat.
