I’ve been here twice and had excellent experiences both times. First was five years ago I got my windshield replaced. I got quotes from 5 other places and A&B was the cheapest. Five years later the windshield is perfect.
Second was today. I had reason to believe one of my windows was broken, but only on the inside of the door. I brought it to A&B, and he could have replaced it and charged me and I never would have known it was not broken. But he explained to me that it was not broken and sent me on my way with no charge.

The rear window on my F-250 came out of its frame, causing a leak. Joe fixed it up on the spot and was extremely fair on the price. Would recommend to everyone looking for glass replacement or repair on their vehicle.

The problem with this place is the attitude of the person running it.The story is that I had the wrong time so he couldn't get me in, and that was totally fair. I was very apologetic and even apologize for wasting his time.The way he talked to me beyond that was completely unreasonable, and it made me decide not to come back at a later date.I made a mistake but his response was completely unreasonable.
