Living right down the road from this Shell station I normally go here to get all of my gas and nicotine. I have been purchasing Bidi sticks (a very expensive disposable e-cigarette) from this location since they first offered them. One problem you get with these disposable e-cigarettes is that every once and a while you will get a dud and it will not work at all. It has happened to me 3 times and every time I just took my loss and kept going. This time I decided to go right back to the store and tell them that the $16 bidi stick I just bought is defective and the answer I got was... Call Bidi and request a refund through them. They were no help at all and came off very rude. I have purchased many e-cigs that were defective and have had NO problem returning it to the store i bought it from immediately and getting a refund or an exchange but thats not the case here. Bidi is not going to do anything about this and neither is this store. I should of just thrown my $16 down the drain.

I prefer she'll gas but unleaded is almost always 11 cents higher than walmart and 6 cents more than everyone else's price.

New to Hot Springs.... horrible customer service from the manager on duty. I ask to stock a specific brand of cigarettes and the manager on duty was very rude and seemed put off by my request. We will not be frequenting this store even though it is very convenient for us.

HORRIBLE customer service. This is the slowest shell station I've ever been to. Everytime I come in, the cashier is more concerned with what they're doing than tending to the customer. I usually stop in the mornings and I have to wait for the cashier to finish what theyre doing before they come and check me out. Yes - they see me standing there! Its very frustrating and I'm sure it wont change bc the issue starts with management, I'm sure.
