Took car they sold for oil change due to fact the drain plug is siezed after bad attitude from the owner they decided to do the oil change for one time only. Mechanic tells her everyone's a idiot because he got it out with vise grips and a hammer supposedly, fast forward Noone again will do the oil change because he put the ruined plug back in the car he sold without the ring gasket again which he stated aren't necessary but told them they won't do it again.....I wouldn't do any business with this over priced junk....two dollars and fifty cents worth of parts is to much profit loss and now a 19 year old girl can't get help from the people that sold her this car

The worst experience in Diler is that some scammers sold me a 2011 Kia Sorento with lies that it was very good and worked very well. But it wasn't true. I drove the truck 50 miles and the engine stalled. I took it to the mechanic and there is evidence that they worked on the engine just to make it sell. They sell you cars in very bad condition disguised as good ones, without caring if you get into an accident and lose your life. They only want to sell you junk cars to take your money and Lugo can tell you that you already lost, do whatever you want.

After searching many places that kept saying No I decided to try Car Nation. Immediately the atmosphere was perfect. Mary was very helpful over the phone and when we arrived Gary met us on the lot. He showed us every single car that we could chose from that day. We fell in love with our Honda Civic and Mary and Bethany were amazing to work with. They had the paperwork done very quickly. The car is amazing with no issues and drives like a dream! Plus they put a new windshield in it right before we arrived. We would definitely recommend Car Nation!

These guys are great! They work with you, they are friendly, and don't seem to be about forcing you into a sale! Their staff are extremely friendly, helpful, and if you're struggling with your payments, as long as you keep communicating with them, and don't abuse their helpfulness, they will work with you! My car got wrecked by a stupid deer, and after insurance sent me the check, I signed, and sent it on to them, they were fully willing to help me with some financial support to get the parts I need to fix my car! Unfortunately, I need a couple more parts, which they can't help me with, but that's all good, I'll take care of it!

We LOVE the luxury selection at Car Nation and we are repeat customers. We were the First customers of 2024 and we got a great deal from Chase. This will be our second Mercedes from them so I wrote a little poem about our Black Silky 1 & 2.........
