I loved the service we received from Will. He went to great measure to make sure my son's car looked great! He was able to pick the car up and bring back to us. I would recommend this business to all! Very friendly and Godly people! Keep up the hard work.

My family and I have purchased 3 vehicles from Mr.Jackson over the last 6 years. First purchase was a 2004 Ford Ranger( would still have it if it wasn't in an automobile accident) A 2010 Ford Escape and 2010 Ford Fusion( teenagers cant decide on what they want) I was told when I made the purchases of any minor issues and if any major issues were to arise to be sure to bring the vehicle back. We have never had any problems and have loved the service and treatment we received there. When my youngest gets old enough for a vehicle we will go to Jackson Auto Sales again and purchase another. If you want a good Christian family man to help you find the vehicle you would love, this guy is the one. We would call and ask if he had this or that and he would work with us the perfect vehicle and price. Hope to see him soon!

I bought a car from Jackson Auto Sales 3 years ago. I have had too many problems to list. Some I was told about up front but I was told that they were things that just needed to be reset. Wrong! They also guaranteed the paint for 2 years. I took the car back in less than 2 months to be repainted and the second paint job only lasted a few months. The car began taking on water when it rained so bad that my children could not ride in the back seat because it was soaked. We have discovered that was because they did not seal the back glass properly when they rebuilt the car. It has more electrical issues than I can afford the fix. I know I did buy a used car with a rebuilt title and understand that problems happen when you do that. My issue is that I was told a few different members of the Jackson family had been driving that car and hadn't had any problems. I had also been told that their neighbor had bought the car and drove it without any issues. She had to return it because she couldn't come up with all the money. There were so many red flags about the car but they were in a hurry to get to church so I thought these are some good guys. The car has not been driven in nearly 2 years and i haven't sold it because I am afraid another single mother will find herself in the mess I did. The other review on this page is from Will Jackson. He is one of the owner's. I happen to stronly disagree with his comment, quality work and good deals. I don't feel like I got either.

Jacksons and I have done business for many of years.. They have built me trucks ranging from 2007-2015 not to mention a sweat 1968 firebird, absolutely professional service.. with that said, anyone who wants a new car with out flaws, then I suggest you go spend 50,000 at a new car dealership. When purchasing a rebuilt title then you will have flaws.. it's called reality.. each and every concern and issues I've ever had on any of my business with Jacksons has been addressed and focus on immediately with nothing but professionalism.. I will continue to take all my business to Jacksons and urge you to do the same.. thank you all at jacksons
