i needed to haul a couple loads of cattle to the processor on Thursday. on sunday, i hooked up my trailer to make sure it was ready to roll. when i stepped on the floor, i noticed a soft spot under my rubber mat. i knew this could be dangerous for 1000lb steers!!! monday morning i called CALICO and explained my situation. they told me to bring my trailer in. since i was 3 hrs away, they said they would repair it while i waited so i wouldnt have to make 2 trips!!! wow!!! if this isn't customer service then i dont know what is!!!??? 3 hour drive down...3 hour complete floor replacement...3 hour drive back home and im ready to haul cattle as scheduled in a SAFE TRAILER!!! THANK YOU SO MUCH CALICO!!! AAA+++ on your service and products...i am well satisfied and extremely impressed!!!

Painting manager is very unprofessional (Jeremy) After already being hired and paper work completed , was told I needed to get a new ID the next day after getting new ID was told to wait after Holliday's , after I already was on schedule , very unacceptable in business. Will start letting everyone know not to work here and will continue to get people to quit from here !! Thank you !

Listening certainly is not in her dictionary.Called with details of custom order to see if they could build it.I know exactly what I want!She talked over me at every chance and when I did get a word in edgewise, she told me that's not what I would want.After 4 attempts during the call, I just gave up and told her to have a nice day.Can't imagine that this is the kind of customer interaction the founder would have wanted.

Bought a 12' stock trailer (special ordered) in 2018. We have used this trailer many times pulling it from factory to California and back to Kentucky. Great price and quality workmanship. Now we are going to sell and order another one only 16'.Farm has grown is the only reason to get a bigger one.

Absolutely the worse trailer I have ever owned. I have bought multiple CM trailers--they hold up much better.
Paint is horrible. Rusted within 12-15 months. Tried calling the factory direct, talked to some arrogant man. Even the major distributor in Texas I bought from had multiple bad things to say about them. Should have bought a CM

This place is a sexist place. My daughter in law has been up here numerous times trying to get a job and they tell her they arent hiring but my family friend went up there and they got a job. She has plenty experience building trailers as she worked for utility trailer for almost 3 years building semi trailers.
