Scheduled a tow on 9/15 with insurance was assigned to Prescott Automotive. This rescue went so good the guy was quick & communicated. I don’t remember his name but he was brown shouldn’t be hard for the company to figure out.
On 09/17 I scheduled another tow for 09/18 to be picked up at 11am. This one went horrible. The same guy was supposed to do it . I even texted him to verify and also let him know not to show up early because I had to pay the Jeep dealership before they would release it for the tow…but it ended up getting assigned to a different driver named Tyler. I found this out by calling the company wondering what the hold up was. I do believe it was originally delayed because the first driver dropped the job maybe or started working on other tows after I advised I needed mine picked up around 10:30-11. After having to ASK , the company gave me Tyler’s number so I can get some reassurance about my tow so I called Tyler. I let him know my name and was wondering if he was close yet. He started by saying,” First of all how did you get my number” seriously ? That’s not the way you talk to a customer at all. The communication sucked yesterday and I only wanted to make sure it got where it needed in time for my appointment & He never called me. He never let me know anything about my tow other than when I called him. All I got out of him was that rude remark and a privileged attitude. I should have known when I seen the name of the company though. For future tows, I’ll make sure my insurance don’t assign me to yall. I’m not even sure what time my car was dropped off or anything because they havent marked it complete yet. Yall dropped the ball yesterday with me. My day was stressful because all day I was worried my car wouldnt get towed in time?

Jacobi, with Prescott Automotive towed my van. He was professional and did his job very well. But most importantly he was very respectful and helpful in easing my stress level in a bad situation. He arrived much sooner than my insurance company said I'd get help for which I was very grateful. Great customer service!

I needed my motorcycle picked up along I 30 on a holiday weekend. Tommy, from Prescott automotive responded when my insurance company reached out and he was excellent. He knew how to load and strap the bike without damaging it and was an enjoyable conversation on the ride into Texarkana, I definitely recommend

Blew up my rear wheel seals on my custom truck while driving to Dallas from Ohio and called AAA after limping it to a gas station. They came, and AAA gives you 100 miles of towing for free, but they didn't want to take us to any of the Diesel Mechanics in the area I found were within 100 miles after meeting them (only one shitty Ford dealer in Texarkana who wouldn't be able to help for a week). They told me to get to Dallas would cost over 1200 (only 126 miles out of the free AAA 100 miles). Given my position, $10 a mile was a robbery, and they knew that! Thankfully, I was able to find another company to do the entire 226 miles to Dallas from Prescott, AR, for nearly half! God for bid you need to use a transport company... do not use them!

We recently contacted Prescott Automotive after having a blowout on the interstate, while traveling from Houston to Memphis. After speaking to the owner and his wife, we were assured that they had my specific tire size in stock and offered to tow me for an additional $125. I opted to drive myself and upon my arrival was told the tire was not in stock. By this time my no run flat had run flat and the rim of my car was on the ground with my children in the vehicle. We also were not offered a free or discounted tow to the tire shop that actually had it 17 miles away ( He tried to charge us $125 again) after again being told the tire was there at Prescott. The owner yelled and legitimately lied to my brother and I face as if we didn’t hear what he had just told us over the phone. Eventually he was forced to tow us for $15 thanks to Nationwide. Shout out to the tow driver who was very kind and informative. Jacoby is probably the best thing going at Prescott Automotive! Overall 0 out it 10. Would not recommend. If I could give this business 1 star I would.

These guys were there when me and my family were traveling and had a flat tire. He was able to assist us very fast. He made me and my family comfortable by in such a hectic time. Thank you so much for you help!!! I would totally recommend!!!

Jim came and picked up my car. Just for a bit of context this is a full blown racecar that is very low to the ground. Jim was able to get my car onto the tow truck without running or scraping a single piece on the car. He did it with much attention and care as if it were his own car. If my vehicle needs to be towed again I will be requesting Jim!

Excellent place! I was passing thru, and my truck broke down. They were able to tow my truck to the shop and even dropped me off at the hotel while I waited for them to fix it. Super nice and friendly. Many thanks to the whole crew!

Over priced, owner is very disrespectful. Had words with me in front of other customers over a starter and flywheel that he said cost $2200
and that's without labor to have fixed. I do not recommend.

Want to give a huge thank you to Ty at Prescott Automotive. He was extremely helpful to our group. After our car broke down on the highway, he gave us a quick tow and even offered to let us drop our luggage off at a hotel before taking us to the mechanic, which we did. Super nice guy and excellent customer service. Highly recommend and very grateful for his consideration. Thanks again, Ty!

The customer service rep here is so rude and disrespectful, complete air head. They have had my vehicle for awhile now and cannot give me an answer as to anything that is going on with it. I understand that most shops are backlogged and a quick turnaround isn't feasible. But you would think that a courtesy call would be the norm. It's been a complete run a round.
