Rented a unit in June in anticipation of needing it. It's now August and getting ready to use it they claim there was a "glitch" in the system and they let someone else reserve it. I wait for them to call me back as they tell me they will fix it. They call me back and send me a updated bill (which I paid immediately) I load up my car and my kids to take a load to storage. I get there and there is a lock on it, I call and they tell me they can't reach the ground manager. 45 minutes waiting in the heat and still nothing. Now they want to only refund me the rent for August even though I've been paying to hold my unit since June. Absolutely unacceptable. Very disappointed.

This place has awful maintenance pretty much zero. Buildings leak and have mice and insects eating up everything. I had major water damage to all belongings. Called to speak with them they are not even in the same state. Barley speak English and would not honor a refund. Needless to say they didn't care about any of it. And I am not the only that has had these issues. I rented two buildings there both had same issues.

The only good thing I have to say about this storage unit is how amazing Claudia is in the office, she is so sweet and is the only reason we stay at this storage unit.

Very nice and polite, fast service from the lady. We have had a very good experience here our stuff was very safe and any issues we had was taken care of asap. Would definitely recommend to others.
