I replaced my debit card and that messed up the automatic withdrawal. I've tried to get a hold of someone to fix it for over a month. I get an email saying they will report me to credit bureaus for delinquency, but I can't get ahold of anyone to pay it. I have the money. People don't answer/return phone calls.As for the gym, it's over priced for how small it is. Equipment isn't the nicest, but is fine.Update: got a call back and they fixed it.

I was a little scared to join anywhere bc I have Lupus and mixed connective tissue disease. In as simple terms as possible, any injury or illness I get, my immune system attacks it instead of healing. Not good. So gently strengthening my body helps to protect me and extend my life..

Shape Up has changed everything for me, in the best way. Anyone will answer your questions or grab someone who can, the equipment is more than adequate, and idk there's just just a good vibe to the place that makes you want to be there. It's nothing like the chain gyms, and I mean that in the best way. I would highly recommend anyone to join here.

Very nice staff and professional. Tanning beds are always clean but they are a bit pricey. Though they are open 24/7 and it's private.

The place itself looks like it is falling apart. Noticed some wall unfinished, bare outlets, and no changing rooms. However, it is 24/7 and all the equipment is in great shape. I just moved to this small town from a bigger town with really nice gyms but I can say I really do like it and don't mind that it isn't pretty looking. I am there to workout so.

Don't join you will never get them to stop billing you even after they say they will! Charging while they are closed during a state of emergency. Very shady billing practices. And it's only a cover for another business.
