“Always fast and friendly. Store is organized well and clean. Pharmacists and techs are knowledgeable and helpful. More than once, though, I’ve had to come back for a second visit to get the rest of my prescription (as their stock was too low to fill it). My experience is so good otherwise that I wouldn’t consider going anywhere else.”
“The pharmacist and staff actually care about you. They take time to explain things and answer questions. They answer their phones and the drive thru actually moves. So glad I switched to here from Walmart and Walgreens.”

“This is a nice, large Sam's Club. The traffic and parking here is a little crazy though especially the gas station. I like that it is conveniently located right off the interstate. The store itself is usually nicely stocked, lots of samples, beautiful fresh flowers, and has a larger than normal clothing area, in my opinion. The seafood and meat dept is also really large compared to other stores I have been to. The tire and battery section has a friendly staff that were helpful and knowledgable when I brought my car in yesterday for a tire roation. Here are my few issues: besides being crowded this is the only Sam's Club I have been to that many of the sale items I purchased rang up full price even after I verified via the app that they were in deed on sale. So I had to go to customer service after and go through the process of a refund. Also, when I called the store # to make a tire appt, it was sent to a call center. She made my appt at 130 but when I showed up today for my appt they said it was at 1 and they don't take appts on the half hour and they always have issues with the call center scheduling incorrectly. So I had to wait and be fit in for an appt. Frustrating that they are aware of this issue, but it is still happening.”

“I tried to order paper towels for pickup, but it says it is not available for pickup. Don't really understand that. So because of this, I had to come into the store on a Sunday morning. The results of my trip resulted in me buying the Giant Camp Chair that's kinda awesome. Was the trip worth it? Only time will tell. I will report back after I take this chair to tailgates, concert in the park, and other outdoor gatherings.”

“The world’s smallest Walmart at 2100 square feet of retail space. The same low Walmart prices.Essentially, it’s a cost-effective convenience store with a pharmacy. Interesting to check out for the novelty. Easy access for University of Arkansas students as it is on the campus.”
“Each time I have used them my orders get filled in a quick and orderly manner, have not ever had to wait on them and their check out is fast and courteous !! Address me in a professional manner and ALWAYS thank me for using them !! I didn't even have to ask for how to save money on my prescription either, they handled it quick & easy for me !! “Honestly, this is an above average Walmart EXCEPT FOR THE EMPLOYEES WHICH WERE HORRID AND RUDE. But the shelves are well-stocked, the store was clean, and I've realized this is because this is one of the flagship stores, being so close to the home office. I did find everything I needed though”
“I found a screw in my tire this morning and popped over to the Fayetteville Sam’s to get it checked out. Justin in the tire and battery shop helped me out and he was fantastic. He explained everything to me carefully and to the point, didn’t make me feel silly for asking questions and truly made me feel like I was in good hands and good to leave in a better situation than how I arrived! Totally recommend this place, ask for Justin! I will be back!”
“This was a great walgreens! They had everything that I was looking for. They had toys, drinks, a couple of clothing items, umbrellas, beauty supply, cleaning products, and they had a perfect spiffied up pharmacy! But the icing to the cake, the cherry on top, the cheese sauce on the macaroni, the soil in the plant, the camera cover on the computer, the wax on the candle for me was that there was a beautiful dog in the corner. The baby was all by herself and she had no collar I asked the Walgreens employee if I could take the baby. She said yes because the baby was a stray. I have never been more complete in my whole entire life!”
“I called up here to see if I they had my medicine in stock, as the Wedington one did not. Rebecca, the pharmacist was very kind and helpful. She not only told me they had it, but switched it over to her store and told me I could pick it up whenever, it would be ready for me.
Good customer care is hard to find nowadays, and Rebecca was great.”

“A member of my family found out they had flu A today and were provided a prescription for Tamiflu. Our local pharmacy, as well as others in Fayetteville, did not have Tamiflu in stock. Sterling, which we had never used, did have this in stock. They were very kind and courteous in helping a first time customer work through getting the prescription location changed and the product to us in a timely manner. We appreciate it.”
