We just moved to Farmington, AR and wasn't sure who to contract about our internet service. I called Zing (PGTelco) and spoke to Jordan. She was extremely helpful. Never once did I feel she was trying to oversell me. I've had to call Zing 2 other times with a few questions. Every time I felt special. Even though I think they are a relatively small, local company, I am very impressed with their company, including their technical department. They do everything a large company can do. They have done everything they had said they would do. They under promised and have over delivered.We are switching from cable television to internet television. The reception has been exceptional. No problem with buffering.Needless to say, I would highly recommend Jordon and Zing to anyone wanting great service, a great product, and at a great price.Thank you, Jordan and Zing!!!

Technician was very kind and helpful. Answered all my questions and made suggestions without trying to blatantly upsell. He has a good taste in video games as well and making conversation about it was appreciated so we weren’t in awkward silence haha. He also marked the studs on my wall so I could mount my TV which was nice of him.

Well to start I am giving 2 stars for their customer service. Been a loyal customer for over 7 years and I will say that their internet service is great but the employees (not going to name shame) are not very customer friendly. They will tell you one thing and then turn around and say another. I would give 5 stars if it wasn't for the horrible experience I just had with them. Sure hope they can get it together. This isn't the first time it has happened. Love the internet service but dread dealing with some in the office.

My mom and step dad recently bought property where cell service doesn't exist. A job that was suppose to be easy ended up being quite the task. I pulled up and it looked like a "work party". These guys worked together as a team, to ensure Phone was installed as promised. One of the gentleman even helped my step dad with a minor task he was trying to do alone. Justin, Zach, Keith & other guy I didn't catch name of (I AM SO SORRY)!!! Thank you for going above and beyond! Ps. Now if they can figure out how to get local channels, life would be grand??
