As a previous employee at this location I can say the quality of service has gone down a lot the bathroom is always dirty the food in the warmers are always out of date and fountain drinks are never in stock the manger is definitely trying to run that new building into the ground and has no pride in what she does every new employee i talk to always complains about her but is to afraid to call hr or ethics for help without fear of loosing their job

Great location staff is pretty friendly pizza is amazing when fresh. The only bad thing is they are out of certain fountain drink flavors quite a bit and they never order enough vuse pods you have like 24 hr window to buy it before they run out I usually have to drive to Farmington to pick one up.

You must wait through an ad before you are allowed to pump fuel. Unacceptable. I will stop here again after this ridiculous practice ends.

Usually decent service but got breakfast before work today and barely acknowledged me. Walked up to one cashier, nothing said, walked to the other one and was told go back to the other one. Please improve customer service with the few workers who lack in that department

I have been there on 6 different occasions various times throughout the day over the last 4 weeks and this morning was the last opportunity I felt I was going to give them an attempt to get a hot cup of coffee. 7:20 AM, no coffee cups, 3 out of the 4 coffee makers were “out of order”, very limited on creamers & sugar, etc. Iced Coffee was the only option, and coolers of cold brew were almost empty. Very similar experience on previous trips.

Nice store, obviously. I didn't find any sparkling water drinks. - like Aha or Liquid Death or something similar.

Asked for a simple breakfast burrito and they said it would take 15 minutes. It was going to take 15 minutes because the cook is taught to prioritize pizzas at 6am in the morning, rather than customers. Nice building, but high gas, and extremely poor priorities.

Terrible Store layout, Highestest gas in NW Arkansas. Pizza repeatedly made incorrect. Mgt didn't care about any of that. I gave it a chance, Ever since it Opened, but same issues. I'll go to Farmington, much better. Hope it gets better.

Never have hot food ready when I have gone in to get something quick and no one seems to care terrible customer service.
