Brought my little Chihuahua service dog in about a month ago. Didn't touch the floor or nothing soon as I opened the door the lady instantly told me that pets weren't allowed in the store instantly. And then I explained to her that they have no signs on the door. I'm a four-time combat veteran and yes this is my registered service dog you have no right to ask. Why doesn't the owner just educate the employees about the ADA. Next time it's going to be an ADA lawyer from the VA that gets involved. Believe that! The lady was very rude and condescending. Like she didn't even care. That's why I no longer go to this gas station and I go to the new gas station at Jason's where they don't even ask or give me any trouble.

I came in to get some caffeine and Candy, I was tired but Mike helped me find everything I wanted and even recommended some new things. I was tired and struggling to find things and he showed me where everything I asked for was, he is a valuable asset and I wish I encountered more employees like him. Thanks Mike

The location is always moderately busy with it being the only gas station in the small town. The entire staff is wonderful. They always try to be friendly, welcoming, positive, informative, and helpful. They treat people like old friends. The pumps rarely have issues, the station and grounds are kept clean, they have a good variety of things for sale, and a window display in support of the local schools. The woman's bathroom door is a bit small and heavy but it's an older building and both bathrooms have been recently updated on the inside. One of the managers, a young man, is thoughtful. He does his best to remember people's preferences if they stop by often and will even occasionally make suggestions for new things they might enjoy. I highly recommend this station if you happen to visit Pottsville.

I went in with my dog wrapped in my coat. The staff told me no pets are allowed. I said he is in my coat. The guy took joy into refusing service. So Rude. He acted like he was a cop giving me a ticket with a smile to boot... I won’t be returning. You’re a gas station attendant I hope your mother is proud. I didn’t want to give any stars but unfortunately I didn’t have that option. What’s it going to be next? No kids allowed??
