After enforcing (illegally) mandatory insurance they have not provided me with my policy number nor the insurance provider. The company did send me an email on August 29, 2023 with amendments to my contract. There were 3 amendments. None of them was for the mandatory insurance now required. I have the letter sent out by the company when ownership changed. That letter did offer insurance as an OPTION for the renters. I did not choose that option. They do apologize for any confusion I might have. I'm not the one confused.

Horrible customer service. I canceled back in May and they are still trying to charge me almost $600. I didn’t even move anything into the unit. This is not a “local” company. Every time you call you will speak to someone different and get the same run around.

The management are very nice, units are good price. They made it easy to switch from small to a bigger one each time. And security for the units are great!! I highly recommend anyone in this area looking for a storage unit that they can afford. I have been renting from them for several years and have never had any trouble.

Well they make u buy renters insurance.. 9 bucks a month. And really nit picky.. must take pictures and email them before you move in. I had trouble esigning paperwork. Also a deposit is required.

Wouldn’t recommend. Too incompetent to complete simple tasks. Our bill was $45 dollars and they charged us $65 and refused to give us the money back. They said they would put it towards our credit.

The location is very handy for me. I miss the ability to pay at the location. I also disagree with the policy of moving out of the storage unit in the middle of the month and not getting part of your rent returned. I have used this storage unit off and on for the past 7 years. When I move out this time I will not be coming back.

Renting from them is fairly easy and very reasonably priced. However, I went to move my big furniture out of my unit to take into my new place and lost close to $4000 worth of furniture due to water getting in my unit and molding it. I file a claim through the insurance offered through them. I was told it did not cover mold and that I must contact the storage unit people to get them to inspect my unit to prove it was not my fault and that there was some kind of leak. I am still waiting to hear from the storage unit on inspecting my unit. They said an order was put in. I'm hoping to hear something soon and get some kind of reimbursement for losing several furniture items. Other than that the process is pretty simple to rent and at a decent price.
