I enjoyed how the representative was on top of his game. Me and my family were greeted with a courteous, prompt and positive attitude. We had all our questions answered even on things we didn't ask but was good information. We had representative James, I would recommend this store and representative to anyone needing help or wishing to start a service with Verizon

Been a customer for over 10yrs and always had good luck with Verizon until today! Pocahontas store can take our money but couldnt reactivate our phones! Asked them to call Verizon and take care of it after us making 2 attempts to do it when they told us they couldnt dothat , wouldn't even try to help us said we needed to go to Jonesboro a corporate store. Told us there nothingthey can do besides sell phones and pay the bill

I have had service with a few different companies. I will say that Verizon is tby far the absolute Best in home internet. It is so easy ordering, and the self installation is a breeze, I was shocked! I highly recommend that you give them a call with your new service or you switching from your present service to Verizon!

Don’t go to this store if you actually want to leave with anything, I couldn’t even get a new phone case… they didn’t have any and that is completely ridiculous I also wanted to get an iPad but you got it … they didn’t have any that store is a joke

Whitney is and was amazing! No way I can fully explain everything that happened, but to say we had trouble getting our numbers to port over is an under statement. In two days we spent close to 10 hours…yes 10 hours in this store!!! Finally, got my phone working. This had nothing to do with anyone working at this store and I understand that, but she went WAY out of her way to help us! My only complaint with the store….the worst chairs I’ve ever sat in! So Whitney gets 5 stars but Verizon and Straight Talk get 1 star.

I wish it didn't take three hours to get anything taken care of here, and that the employees would keep conversations related to the products and shop rather than talking about personal nonsense nobody cares about so that people can actually get in and out instead of listening to pointless banter while they wait that isn't even related to the purchase of the customer the other customers are waiting on. I specifically called 2 hours ahead of time to make sure I could get in and put without having to wait a ridiculous amount of time like the last time I came to this exact location for the exact same thing. There needs to be more than one employee working at a time to provide faster and more quality customer service, that is not present currently.

It is refreshing to go into a business and be greeted with a smile. It is even better to work with someone genuinely interested in helping you. I do business with this store for that reason and Sheena has earned a loyal customer.

I recently moved back to Pocahontas after being in missionary work for over a year and a half. Abby made the process of finding phones and plans that worked for our budget a breeze. She was great to work with!

Leah was very helpful when I went in to upgrade my s9+. She made sure I go into a more current plan from the legacy plan I was in to be able to trade in the s9+ for credit towards my new 21 ultra. She also made sure everything transfered over without a hitch and fixed some previous issues on my account from a previous address change to ensure all my lines were being billed correctly! Kudos! Will definitely continue doing business with this Verizon dealer!
