It features beautiful, cozy, and well-furnished cottages and cabins on beautiful land, including unique options like a retired paddle wheel boat and a tree house cottage. Guests can enjoy being in the middle of nature with nearby activities such as float trips, canoeing, swimming, fishing, and walking trails. Electric golf carts are available for cruising the grounds. The spring-fed river is cool and refreshing. The owners are noted as some of the kindest, most hard-working, and fantastic people. Visitors describe it as a relaxing, fun, and different kind of stay, often awarding it five stars and planning to return.

Oh my goodness!!! Wow! We met our kids and grandkids here. They stayed on Sweet Adelene and we stay in a cute well furnished cozy cabin. We had a golf cart for our using ,a float trip,freebie golf. Some of the kindest most hard working owners!! We will be back EVERY YEAR!!! The Hardin Family

Overall 5 star place! beautiful cottages, beautiful land and river, fantastic owners! Love this place very much! I Can not wait to go back!
