A break down on new years eve driving a 1000 miles with two young children is the last thing someone wants ?. With auto shops closed this was the closest store I could make it to and I couldn't have found a better one. A lady Lee (I'm horrible with names... Leelanau?) Went above and beyond. She and her staff did everything they could to get me the parts I needed and made sure I could fix it and continue my trip. Not only the staff but the customers who gave a helping hand. I have never meet such a nice community. Because of this store I was still able to make it home b4 midnight to kiss my girlfriend ? lol. But more importantly having my children at home in bed instead of a hotel uncertain of how I'm going to get my car fixed. Thank you again to everyone for there help!!!

Quality Parts and Service. With name brand parts. I've known James and Randy for years and they know there jobs. They have time to talk to you and listen because they don't mess around getting you and those you love back on the road again. I believe they delivered also.

Went in to buy five quarts of oil and some starting fluid worker said they didn't have any oil in 5qt so I just got the starting fluid. I had a gift card so I used it for checkout and the worker who checked me out was getting really frustrated and using language you shouldn't use around customers.
