Wonderful Experience. Betty the CSR in Pocahontas is one of a kind and the service department is impeccable. Big shout out to Porter the service tech is great at his job and explains everything in a way that is easy to understand. As local poultry farmer I will recommend MFA to anyone especially farmers. Thanks Pocahontas office.

I own a business in Pocahontas, Ar. I ordered propane a week ago when my tank was just under 50%, as I have had issues with delivery in the past. I was told my delivery would be made within 1-3 business days. Ordered on a Friday, so that would put delivery at the following Wednesday at the latest per that conversation. On the following Wednesday, I called to find out if and when I should expect the truck. My tank was at 30% at this time. I was told it would be Thursday or Friday before we would receive a fill up. Today is Friday. Still have not received a fill up. Called and was told it would be when the orders were finished. I asked if that could be 11pm - 12am and was told yes. Unsatisfactory.Edit: it is 8:12 pm an now I’m getting filled up. Again, unsatisfactory.

MFA Oil is a very good company. I have never had any problems with them or getting my deliveries. They are very kind and helpful and our delivery man is wonderful. Prices are competitive and you can also get on the summer price plan for winter.
