I typically would go to Jonesboro or Paragould to purchase a phone….but I decided to give the Pokey location a chance…and I am so glad I did. I was greeted immediately when I walked in and the young lady was very personable and easy to talk to. She recommended a couple of phones within my price range….and hooked me up with the cutest case and liquid glass….and still stayed within the budget I gave her. When it was all said n done she handed me a beautiful new phone thay had all my accounts and apps already on it and logged in. Such a huge relief!! It was amazing and this location has my business from now on!!

I can really tell that the lady worked on Commission charging this fee and that fee and that fee over there... Telling me I need different accessories to make the phone work better

Friendly and very knowledgeable staff. The manager, Angel, is one of a kind. Very intelligent and a friend to all of her customers. She goes above and beyond. Natalie is very helpful and super sweet. These ladies love their job and you can tell. Find out for yourself. Trust me. You will not be disappointed.
